Especailly the western coast of Florida, the gulf coast of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisana and easter edge of Texas.

Take cover, seek higher ground, do what ya gotta do to stay safe from Katrinia’s path. From what I read this morning, she is gaining strength in the warm waters of the gulf. Please take care and check in when you can.

Cajun, Luvadus, please stay safe, along with 789, Priate Steve and all the others in that area.

I just read where Katrina has reached a CAT 5 status. Now while I have never gone through a hurricane, (don’t want to either) I do know that CAT 5 is a killer storm. Be careful, and get your asses out of there if necessary!

It looks like the gulf coast of Fl will be spared, but Mississippi and Lousiana are going to get the worst of it.

Be safe guys. We want you back.

God bless you all who visit here at Thunder’s and are living where sunshinekid said above. Be safe.

This storm is a monster. I just looked at the Google map of New Orleans and the risk for major flooding is off the charts not to mention the Cat-5 winds. Get out while the getting is good.

Damn, this is bad. They’re talking 20-foot storm surge. Still at 165 sustained winds. 29-mile eye.

I grew up in New Orleans, and intended to move back there in 2 years to spend the rest of my life. It is the most beautiful and interesting city in America. By tomorrow, I may be saying “was”, apparently.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

You can always go back to fish.

I’ll be thinking about you guys! Please take care!

Never ever a turtle again...

Amen to that Sunshine! The coverage I was watching this afternoon on FOX had this storm only getting worse… From what I’ve been told the French Quarters is from 6 to 12 feet below sea level and the Big Easy is between two huge water sources not counting the ocean! Prayer for a miracle seems the only option at this point…

Yeah, looks like there may not be much left of New Orleans, as surreal as that sounds :/

I live in southwestern Louisiana, about two hours west of New Orleans, and the most we’ll probably be getting is some heavy rain and 40-50 mph winds. We’re not planning on evacuating but we’re watching it carefully. It feels very eerie outside right now.

I hope anyone in the greater New Orleans area is unable to read this because you are evacuating safely and efficiently, and NOT tied to a computer (unless its in a safe location). Know that we are praying for you all, and please take care of yourselves, and let us know how you are as soon as possible.

11/2/05 5'8; 180 lbs, 35 waist BPEL-7.2, NBPEL- 6.0 EG- 5.0-midshaft There is the man I am, and the man I can be. Someday, they'll meet.

The last report I saw said that Katrina will hit land as a cat 5 hurricane. It appears that New Orleans will take the brunt of the force, however as the hurricane moves north it would appear that places in Mississippi will be in the direct path of the eye. Now, my understanding is that the back side of a hurricane is worse than the front edge. I have friends in Mississippi, and a couple of enemies, but I am praying that they are safe.

Cajun, let us know you are ok.
