To hit both tunica layers, ALTERNATE clamp-stretch-hang
I’m not too new to P.E., I’ve been doing it about 7 months. So far I’ve gained about 0.4” of length and 0.4” of girth, entirely from jelqing (straight out), edging, and clamping. My problem is that all of my growth came in the first three months. I’m wondering, since I haven’t done any length exercises other than jelqing, (and as I understand it, straight out jelqing isn’t so good for length, right?), do I need to stretch my tunica in the long axis? Have I stretched my tunica to the point that the circumferential layer is now what is holding me back?
I don’t want a lot more length, (I’m about 7.5” BPEL right now, and I’m going to get suprapubic lipectomy soon to bring that to about 7.2-7.5” NPBEL). I’d appreciate any input on stretching/hanging as a means to allow greater future girth gains. Thank you for your help, guys!
