Hi fellas,

I’m not too new to P.E., I’ve been doing it about 7 months. So far I’ve gained about 0.4” of length and 0.4” of girth, entirely from jelqing (straight out), edging, and clamping. My problem is that all of my growth came in the first three months. I’m wondering, since I haven’t done any length exercises other than jelqing, (and as I understand it, straight out jelqing isn’t so good for length, right?), do I need to stretch my tunica in the long axis? Have I stretched my tunica to the point that the circumferential layer is now what is holding me back?

I don’t want a lot more length, (I’m about 7.5” BPEL right now, and I’m going to get suprapubic lipectomy soon to bring that to about 7.2-7.5” NPBEL). I’d appreciate any input on stretching/hanging as a means to allow greater future girth gains. Thank you for your help, guys!

You’ll know for sure only trying. Start with manual stretching, and see what it gives.

1.6 gain EL with only manual stretch.

My opinion is that at first do only stretch. When you will reach your length goal, then stop and begin to condition your penis wthin jelq or something like that, for the advanced routine girth.

If you do jelq with clamp with stretch with… you are overtraining your penis, and the gains will come very slowly.

Like warmup I do light stretchs, and I do various stretch: at the begining I’ve done down stretch and now alternate down and foward stretchs, and my secret just check the bpfsl. You have always to focus an increase of the bpfsl.

And do stretch&pie (systematicly when you pie).
