Tissue Growth Versus Improved Health Growth

For those people that have made erect gains, how convinced are you that your gains are “true” tissue growth?

That is, could it be that your gains are attributable to having a healthier overall unit, that makes your erections stronger and thereby bigger? And not really any actual growth of the tissue of the penis itself, but rather a “growth” in its ability to get harder?

If you don’t know what I mean, I can try to clarify… Just let me know.

In my own case, I think most of my erect gains are due to a healthier unit. With an improved vasulcar system (as evinced by some new veins I see!), my cock gets more erect and thereby bigger.

I don’t think it is 100% due to this, and I have no way of knowing the ratio, but I would say 75% of my gains are from a healthier unit, and 25% due to tissue growth…

Boy you were quick to respond, Avocet! In the interest of preventing everyone from choosing BOTH (and devaluing the results of the poll), I am making it one or the other. Just intuitively try to break down a % (for me it 75% healthier, 25% tissue) and go with that.

I realize some people may want to say 50-50, and many people have no intuitive idea. By I still think there may be some value in this for those who can respond.

You may have a point there concerning erect length gains. A healthy penis that works well, that is one that achives and maintains an erection long enough to measure acutely would obviously measure bigger bone pressed. I think this might be the case with a lot of us, but not all. It does not explain those exceptional gainers who have gained over three inches. Neither would it explain flaccid girth gains.

I think most if not all of my gains came from tissue growth. Reason being I am a young guy, early 20’s, and my unit was rock hard before, and after. I haven’t gotten any increase in hardness through PE.

Where is the value in this, please explain?

And what about the ligs? My gains are primarily from lig stretching

Well, I vote for tissue gain, but only because my cock is now larger lengthwise and girthwise than pre-PE.

As many of you know, I have had my bouts with ED. However, prior to getting very much into PE, I was using Viagra which gave me very firm boners and they measured at or close to my starting size. Now I still get boners just as firm (more of them more often for sure) but they measure proportionally larger.

I guess I am saying that the firmest erection you can have is going to measure out L x G at whatever your absolute peak is at that particular size, but later, after gains, it is going to be bigger, with the same firmness, is what I am thinking.

I see where you are getting at, but I don’t see how you can separate easily performance, so to say, and size saying it’s a tissue or a healthy penis issue when later it’s a lot bigger.

What people have said makes sense to me… that it is hard to separate a “tissue” gain from a “healthier erection” gain. Maybe they can’t be separated? And that a younger person is more likely to have tissue gain. And a HUGE gain is probably real tissue growth…

I do feel most of MY gains — and I am sure I am not alone — have been by “super-charging” the health of my unit. But I have only gained .5” or so. As Big Gertha noted, if you gain 3”, that definitely is more of a tissue gain.

What am I getting at? I don’t know, but here are some thoughts… I have often thought that some of the “gains” people have are more related to a healthier unit than actual tissue growth. And it may be that the so-called “Newbie Gains” of like an inch in 2 months, might be half an inch in improving the super-charging the health, and the other half in tissue growth. And maybe the health is easy to revtalize, but can only go so far, and the tissue is hard to get going, but with much more growth potential. Hence the “Newbie Growth” plateauing (Vascular health ran its course) and furhter growth being difficultto come by (tissue growth harder to manufacture). And it may be that a person over 30 is more likely to readily get the “revitalization gains” that a healthier unit brings on, and less real tissue growth… What am I getting at? I don’t know. Just hanging out at Thunder’s on a Saturday and shooting the shit, I guess… But, most importantly, when all is said and done

…a gain, is a gain, is a gain!

And I’m sure we’ll take anything we can get…

It makes sense to me as well. My erect gain has matched my gain in BPSFL to within 1/8” so I think most/all of my gains are from tissue growth/strech/whatever.

I do think that significant gains can be made health wise by doing things to help get more blood into the chamebrs such as constriction work and kegels.

I have been thinking about this for a couple of weeks now. Expandable tissue can always expand more. Smooth muscle such as the stomach expands when food is put in it.
