This occured to me a few weeks ago, seems like a no brainer now that I think about it. Tip is, PE on a full stomach. Thats right, eat until you are full right before pe. alot of blood and enrgy is required to digest food, thus the bodies focus will go to your stomach not your penis. just dont eat to many sugary and high carb foods, but protein rich like chicken, fish and lamb. I can definantly say that is has made a BIG difference for me. He still gets happy here and there, but overall much much less than before.

One thing that I find really helps is doing counting/breathidn exercises. My preferred one is this:

Breath in while counting up slowly. Count slowly to about 8-12
The breath out, counting to the same number you breathed in for.

The combination of focusing your brain on counting and slow breathing really relaxes you. Of course there are lots of variations on how you can breath/count.

I feel the same way about Jennifer Lopez. The only movie I liked with her is “Maid in Manhattan” where she plays what she still would be doing had she not be chosen for that “Selena” movie. But I admit, she is a marketing genius.
