Tip for guys whos Erections get in the way of PE.
This occured to me a few weeks ago, seems like a no brainer now that I think about it. Tip is, PE on a full stomach. Thats right, eat until you are full right before pe. alot of blood and enrgy is required to digest food, thus the bodies focus will go to your stomach not your penis. just dont eat to many sugary and high carb foods, but protein rich like chicken, fish and lamb. I can definantly say that is has made a BIG difference for me. He still gets happy here and there, but overall much much less than before.
