It didn’t sound to me as you were making fun of that guy. But he didn’t say wether it was 3” erect or flaccid. If it is a flaccid measurement he could well have a monster down there.

If 3” is his BPEL then I do think it’s very sad, especially if he’s not aware that he can do something about it! You should direct him to this forum, he might be forever grateful in some years (;
