I don’t know if I’m really looking for advise or what here but I’m thinking of stopping PE. I love doing PE but I’m at a point where it seems it may not be worth it. I would love to get a little more length but that never seems to budge anymore. I’m sure I will clamp here and there still even if I’m done but last night may have been what got me to stop. My girl knows I PE so no problems there but she called right at the end of a 2hr hanging session and said she was going to be home in 5 min and needed some bad but when she got there I couldn’t keep it up long enough to get her off. She wasn’t happy with that and neither was I. I really wanted to hit 7”NBP and around 5.75” girth but she loves it as it is at 6.22NBP, 7.25BP X 5.5 girth. So I’m starting to think why keep going if I can’t gain anymore and things are great as they and only ever negative from post PE?

So, you’ve reset your goal to a place you already are?

I can’t say whether you are done growing- you may simply need to lay off a bit and come back fresh in a few months.

But, if you no longer feel a need to grow your dick, then shift to a penile fitness mode- a little daily stretch & jelq.

Yeah take a break to reassess things.. My only question would be have you cemented that 7.25BP ?? If not maybe tone it down a little and just jelq and quit the 2 hour sessions.

Thanks for the replies. I have taken a break before up to a month and a half. It seems that I have about 1/8th that I can’t keep it only stays if I am consistent and work hard. If I drop back at all it goes right away. I love reading on the boards all the time but I think for now I will just be going on a light Jelq and stretch and that’s it. Who knows maybe some day I will try for more but I’m happy with what I have. I came here happy with it so its all just been for fun anyway. Now I guess its time to try to just make it a rock!

I’ve gone through gaining periods, maintenance periods and complete layoffs- and that’s just with my non-PE workout regimen!

Why commit to quit- take a knee and if and when you ever decide to start up seriously again, at that time do so.

What did you start at? I mean, how much have you already gained from PE?

Just go on a maintenance program of two lite jelqing sessions per week.

Thanks everyone for your replies. From the sound of them I think maybe I stated what I said a little wrong. I don’t plan to fully stop PE. I’m thinking I will stop actively trying to reach my goals. I’ve gained .75 length and .25 girth in my time here. When I started I had just got done with a bodybuilding show and have not done one since so I was much leaner then. Sadly that has made all my gains not show in the NBP so now I am going to compete again and I think I will be very happy with how it looks when I have a 1/2” less fat pad or so. I still plan to be on the boards reading everyday and tinkering with all my PE things trying to make them better. I think I have modified almost everything I own.

Take a break, try and work out a more consistent schedule that won’t interfere with your sexlife. We’ve all been there, overtraining right before a marathon sex session and Mr Floppy won’t wake up. Nowadays, no matter what form of PE I practice, I like to keep a good 4-6 hour window between PE and sex.

Goals are all very well but it can make you bust a gut for a faraway ideal rather than taking every day on it’s own merit. I agree, just go back to basics without the PE tools, Just manual stretches and jelqs. Enjoy using what you have made for now. :)
