Think this is enough to gain?
Well I’m currently in the prime of my youth, age 18 and attending a university. I work out and lift at the gym 3 or 4 times a week, and since we have an awesome cafeteria I eat great as well. After reading some threads on “sex foods” like cauliflower, peaches, hard boiled eggs, lots of veggies w/oil and vineager as dressing, and always loads of water and protein….I try to eat as much of these foods as I can everyday. I’ve been power jelqing (with the device) since about February 1st, and started stretching (blasters, V-stretch, modified A stretch alternating between the two) in the shower and before I go to sleep a couple of weeks ago. I try to jelq at least 5 days a week for 20-25 minutes, but privacy is kind of a problem living in a dorm. Right now I am currently 6.6 Erect bone pressed, and 6.2 erect w/o press. My girth is about 5.1. Do you think if I keep this routine of jelqing for 20-25 min a day along with 10-15 minutes of stretches through out the day will help me get into the 7’s or do you think I’ll need to beef it up. Has anybody who started off with a 6’er ever gained an inch or two using a basic routine, or in order to get some big gains, you’ll have to do 500+ jelqs a day and all different types of PE (hanging,wraps,pumps,etc..)? In the past week when I’m stretching before I go to bed, I usually dry jelq by hand and do some horse squeezes until I feel like going to bed. Any opinions/suggestions for me to gain as much as I can (length and girth)thats within reason?
