Heh, I just ran around my house with a cloth tape measurer trying to find things that were about six inches in girth. The closest thing I could find was my can of Axe Spray. It’s 6.563” around. I can barely touch my middle finger with thumb on the wrist which is 7”. A wrist is similar shape to the penis, oval.
