thethickone's surgery thread

In your opinion when having the lengthening surgery is it necessary to have both the Fundiform and Suspensory ligs cut? Would gains be less (after months of stretching) if just the suspensory ligament is released?

I beleive Dr Rheinschild cauterises the ligs after to prevent re-attachment, do you know how he does this?

Where do you measure your girth? Is it uniform along the shaft?

Are women generally comfortable having “quickies” with you, or do they require a lot of arousal (vaginal relaxation) to accomodate? How often do you require extra lube to make things comfortable? Do your partners tend to experience some soreness after long sexual sessions?

I have a 6” girth along the whole shaft (6.6” at base), and I have found that about half of women aren’t comfortable unless very aroused and well-lubricated, and about half tend to experience significant post-coital soreness (i.e., they need 12-24 hours before intercourse is again comfortable). That is the “downside” most men here speak of when they talk about “too much girth” — not that women can't enjoy it, but that sexual options may become more limited among some women. For these reasons — and because 6” girth seems to be more than enough to give tremendous sensation to most women I’ve encountered — I have never aimed for more girth through PE.

By the way, about the “brutal dildos” issue — have you noticed that the women taking 7-8” girths can insert only about 4” of length, at most? I think you are right that length-capacity in the vagina is reduced by greater girth.

Hi thethickone.

Any questions I ask are purely questions, I am not critiquing or veiling a question with a critique :) Also, I have a.d.d. and hopefully I dont ask anything you answered already.

Did you lose some girth from your first operation, or do you just want more girth?

My girth is 6.5 inches immediately behind the head and gets to about 7.125 inches at the base.

To be quite honest I rarely do quickies anymore, but I did have one girl have some spotting (slight bleeding) after we had sex after about 3 weeks of me not seeing her. She is very tiny and it takes me awhile to be able to fit inside her, but once she’s relaxed she has no problems. I have had women comment on being sore, but they said it’s a good kind of sore and it never stopped them from having sex sometimes 3 or 4 times in an evening or the next day.

Thanks for the questions. :) Actually I am going in for several reasons.

1.) To have uniform girth from behind the head to the base. I am not getting a lot of dermal graft tissue placed the second time around. My TRUE goal is to be between 7.5 and 7.75 inches from behind the head to the base I say 8, but I do that because easier to type than 7.5 or 7.75 all the time. I am 6.25 inches at the head so it should be fairly uniform

2.) Also to increase the aesthetic look of the penis. Doc will make it a work of art or so he says.

3.) See if any reattachment of ligament or scar tissue as I didn’t do post-op physiotherapy soon enough.

4.) Get a cortisone injection.

5.) The post-op meds are cool and give me an awesome buzz. (Just joking) he he he

I think they just cut the suspensory ligament. I have no clue if he cauterizes the tissue or not.

He does. I specifically asked him this after my surgery. It helps prevent the lig from reattaching.

So you didn’t have any loss, or minimal loss from the first time?

Did you say it was the same Doc?

Now will you have the same/similar surgery as 8-Ball explained, or is this like a “tweaking”, and not quite as extensive?

Excuse me if the rest of this post is extremely boring to read, it was extremely boring to write, I’ve put all the questions at the bottom, so you can grab them easily.

I think they often do, there is a need a desire, something missing. That doesn’t go for everyone though as I originally stated, there are some terribly balanced people here.

Of course she does and today most people are ok with women getting breast implants. Why does society accept face lifts, hair transplants, breast implants, cosmetic dentistry, tanning booths, ad nauseum and yet anyone thinking or engagaing in phalloplasty is automatically assummed to have a “root issue”?

Yes she does have issues in many cases and the root is probably years of exposure to the media and living in a society where “average” is good. I don’t see a problem with women getting breast augmentation after mastectomy, because of imbalance or similar but doing so for augmentation or reduction purposes is an attempt to fit with a perceived norm.

I don’t think acceptance of cosmetic surgery as a reasonable response to aging is where you think it is. Maybe in Hollywood but its a uni-dimensional way of looking at people and we run the risk of moving to a society where everyone looks arian with massive breasts and dicks (not on the same person of course).

Some guys may desire a 10 inch penis, for me that’s extreme, but hey more power to them and I wish them the best and no way would I ever condemn or invalidate their desire as meaningless or a psychosis.

So if you can appreciate a 10” penis as being extreme can you understand that others might find a 7” girth extreme or undertaking surgery to gain it as extreme?

OK, so what potential problems came up in your research and how were they for you in reality (non-existent, slight etc.)?

As to “cow pussy” again you missed the point.(BTW isn’t that a rather degrading remark towards women???) Women can take and enjoy penises much larger than yours and while you may have heard that above 6 few woman can handle it and so on, that just isn’t true and I truly question those men who make such sweeping generlazations. That truly isn’t the case. Again post op all of my partners have been able to accomodate my increased size and enjoyed it.

I can’t say I know the entire sexual history of any of my friends, so I can’t make the same comment as you.

Yes cow pussy is derogatory imo.

I made no generalisation, I said that at my girth a percentage of women have had problems. Para may be onto something though because I have a lot of “one-nighters”. If one has regular partners they can stretch.

Neither. My questions are skeptical, nothing more. I’m channeling Jeremy Paxman. Skepticism is important, as it says in our site FAQ, it also means hopefully that more people can get more information from this thread.

So here are some more questions for you (some mentioned above):

Do you post as “THICKEST ONE” on Matters of Size and did your write the thread My Penis Surgery Experience Phalloplasty about surgery with Dr. Rheinschild on March 28th.

What potential problems (factual and mythical) did you uncover in your research before surgery and what was you personal experience.

You joined this forum in May 2002, so did/do you PE with other methods? Which methods? What were your results? Was it your experience of other forms of PE which led you to surgery?

You must be hanging around an NBA locker room.

How long does each of these 3-4 sessions of intercourse last?! If you’re talking 30+ minutes each, then you must be seeing women with bionic pussies :D

I’ve had the same comments about “good kind of sore” — I certainly don’t regret having the girth I have. However, aren’t you a little concerned about adding more girth and converting the “good sore” into a “bad sore”? Not trying to push any agenda here; I’m just curious what makes you think that more girth won’t be a problem. The number of guys in porn with more girth than you currently have can be counted on one hand. The only time I’ve seen women stuffing anything near your goal girth into themselves is at BrutalDildos, and as I said in my previous post, it seems they can’t get more than about 4” of such a thing inside comfortably. Does that worry you at all?

More questions:

I am very very interested in obtaining solid, factual penis enlargement surgery information. I do not want to have surgery, but I would like to learn and understand the details.

8ball, thethickone: could you point me in the right direction? Certain books, websites, articles, about surgery and the doctor you are promoting would be very appreciated.

Thanks you.

YES that is me I see you get around a lot.

What potential problems (factual and mythical) did you uncover in your research before surgery and what was you personal experience.

That fat transfer was bad, that there is no destabilization of the penis, that erection angle is not affected, that

You joined this forum in May 2002, so did/do you PE with other methods? Which methods? What were your results? Was it your experience of other forms of PE which led you to surgery?

I still do and did numerous forms of PE if you do a search you will see all the forms of PE I have done. I dislike being redundant especially if it’s not going to educate someone or they want to know so they can help themselves.

You said earlier in this thread that you wouldn’t post a pic here but you posted a before pic on MOS. Why no after pic?

And why, earlier in this thread, did you say you don’t know 8-ball when he seems to know you?

I’m not aware of anywhere on this forum that you’ve stated your routine/gains prior to surgery. The post on MOS was not particularly revalatory.

So that’s it on the potential problem front fat transfer and erection angle?
