The Upper Limit of PE: Does it exist?

Limits don’t exist. Its a safety barrier. Before your “limit” you can only get good results. Go over it and you can get mixed results.

If limits “don’t exist,” then what is this talk about “before your limit” or “go over it”? By the very definition of the word “limit,” you cannot go beyond it - else it wasn’t your “limit.”

And, again, if “limits don’t exist,” then why bother keeping world records - which would be broken during every single competition? Furthermore, athletes would never have to retire - they’d simply die. And the most spectacular athletes in the world would be those in their 70’s, 80’s & 90’s (because they’d have the most experience).

It's my fault actually….when I saw such a thread title, I should've never bothered to read it….
My apologies.

Well, actually just because there are no limits hardly means records would be broken during every competition. Just because there is no limit doesn’t mean reaching the record will be an easy thing to do. You are attempting at a correlation, in an analogy, that simply isn’t there.

I think the limits may be: Newbie gains + (x inches gain you make per year * x years you have left)

:)

Really? I’ve been away for a long time, I haven’t read about it. So, is the LOT theory really just hogwash? At the time, it seemed reasonable.

???

I used the old search button and found the article - certainly a lot of work & a lot of thought went into his theories, and exchanges.

But, Thunder, you stated that the LOT theory had been “blown out of the water.” Yet, when I neared the end of the article (I confess that I skimmed most of it), I encountered Modesto’s own confession….

“We could certainly find out that the underlying assumptions behind LOT Theory are wrong. For that matter, we could find that the assumptions behind the simulator are wrong. You're right that too much is unknown.”

This certainly does not mean that Modesto was “wrong,” but it also doesn’t support the notion that the LOT theory had been definitively debunked either.

You have been away a long time…and I went and named myself wad…damn.

So you don’t believe that the tunica/collagen tissue (minus the elastic tissue) can be stretched and enlarged? Do you believe deconditioning breaks can bring back elasticity to the tissues that can result in more gains?

Of course the tunica can be enlarged. When I talk about elasticity, I’m not referring to some special “elastic tissues” - I’m referring to the elastic properties within the tunica itself (& the other structures of the penis). Once the tissues have exhausted their elastic properties (via repeated plastic deformation), then they’ve exhausted their abilities to stretch/grow any further.

Hi wadzilla. Maybe I shouldn’t have mentioned the tunica, I was talking about the tissues that make up the tunica itself. I was talking about tissue that does not have any elastic properties (collagen?). The tissues you would work against when you have no elasticity left for example. I might be wrong, but I as far as I know the tunica contains collagen and elastin (perhaps some more tissues?). I think collagen is virtually inelastic while it’s the elastin that provides the tunicas elasticity. If that’s the case, I’m talking about the collagen tissues. Sorry for any misunderstandings, wad. So basically, do you believe that inelastic tissues (collagen?) in the penis can be enlarged through PE?

Edit: I realized you answered the question in your last post. What about the deconditioning to bring back some elasticity question?
