The Time Factor

The more I think about PE, and pore over so many genital anatomy charts, the more I’m convinced that PE should not take years – in theory. Furthermore, extended plateaus are surely a sign of improper training approaches. Building a bigger unit is not on the scale of building a Mr. Olympia physique.

Just look at the blood-holding spaces of the CC (“sinusoids”). In theory, if we could simply double each sinusoid, we should be able to double our girth (!) and nearly double our length (there would be a slight drop here as the glans is not constructed exactly like the CC/CS). Of course, I don’t think a 10- or 11-inch EG measurement is a goal of too many trainees – unless they’re prepared to completely renounce pussy for the rest of their lives.

So what’s the hold up? For girth, it’s clearly the tunica’s resistance to lateral expansion. For length, it’s the ligaments & the tunica’s resistance to longitudinal expansion. The toughness of these “uncooperative” tissues is obviously designed by Nature for a real purpose. The tunica provides firmness & form to our erections; the tough ligaments provide stability to our units – both of which are needed for successful copulation (and, therefore, propagation of the species).

We have to find a way to “soften up” those structures, at least short-term for our purposes, in order to allow the softer tissues (CC/CS) to be able to expand beyond their normal limits. This is the whole struggle of PE, in a nutshell. Furthermore, this “by-passing” of our present confines must be done very gradually. Obviously, we cannot affect a length gain immediately – that would result in the tearing, even severing, of those connective ligaments. Also, there are no immediate girth gains – or else we’d burst those inner tissues – also a catastrophic injury (don’t confuse a temporary bloated state with “immediate gains”).

It seems to me that we need to “coax” gains – and this is one of the reasons I no longer endorse Xtreme PE. I’m now thinking more along the lines of scheduled breaks, persistent application of damp heat, as well as sufficient systemic hydration & nutritional supplementation (including ginseng).

Also, I believe that low-intensity, “passive PE” might provide an excellent adjunct to our more traditional workouts. These would include approaches like the “Homedics Wrap” cinched around our base after a workout (or a clamp, of course). Or the “Petey’s Uncle Jim’s Strapping Method” (using an ACE bandage, in a completely flaccid state wrap your penis in a stretched position from base to tip. Keep it wrapped for 15-minute intervals and re-wrap to ensure proper circulation.) Even something as simple as the “Lazy Assed Stretch” would qualify.

If we’re on the correct approach, we shouldn’t suffer a meager ½” EL gain in 13 months – as I’ve recently endured. That translates into a horrid 1mm every 31 days – which is awful.

And another thing. My old school buddy, who went from 5 to 7” in one year, increased his EL by 40% - quite an increase. As for girth, I’m not sure, he just said “it got a lot thicker, too.” I’m wondering if smaller guys don’t inherently have much more potential for greater gains. I know that in nearly 1½ years I’ve managed only about a 15% length gain (but about a 19% girth gain). If I achieved the proportional length increase that he did – and in 50% less time! – I’d be nearly 9” EL by now. That really, really – I mean really – pisses me off. Especially since he didn’t even seem to know much about PE theory (what a laugh that is). He just did about 100,000 jelqs in that year, and many dozens of hours of S.O. stretching & hot wraps. He never even mentioned any PE forums. And the bastard quit PE while he was still gaining, because his wife insisted.

Translation for guys who may want to learn more about these techniques:

“Petey’s Uncle Jim’s Strapping Method” = traction wrapping
“Lazy Assed Stretch” = fowfer

I agree with you on the extreme exercises being not all that productive, I really don’t see anybody that’s doing them getting huge gains at least not any better gains than guys just doing regular jelqing. My whole workout consist now of hanging jelqing and some non extreme squeezes.

Nope. That extreme shit is usually a last resort for guys who’re badly stalled; and their gains seldom jumpstart as a result.

Strategic breaks are far more effective, and so is upping the volume of jelqs, etc.

Wad,

With regards you earlier post, you mentioned supplements.
Obviously, they dont produce gains, but they do help in the recovery of the soft tissue and so speed up gains. Correct?

Also, what kind of supplements do you think are of benefit?

Ginseng makes my heart race so I can’t use it. I take many supplements just for health in general , but the ones I take that I think may help with PE are l-arginine and fish oil. I’ve recently added goat weed because I read a post somewhere here of someone saying it makes their hang better. I don’t know if goat weed is thought to help PE results or not— I’ve intended to do another search here and read more on goat weed.

beenthere,

You say you think fish oil is good for PE? I am currently taking fish oil pills but I can’t say whether it’s doing anything or not. Just wondering why you think so.

Wadzilla or anyone else,

My current routine is

6 minute pump at 4-5 Hg

7 minute dry jelq

6 minute pump at 4-5 Hg

5 minute dry jelq

6 minute pump at 4-5 Hg

Just wondering whether this would be considered anywhere near to extreme PE. I really don’t think so, I just sometimes worry that I’m overdoing it. I have no gained any girth whatsoever in close to a year of PEing and I really want this routine to work. I’m not overdoing it am I?

Hmmm, how many days a week do you do that routine Mick? I would say your not OVERDOING it by alot, but you might be doing it a little more than needed, I would try Uli’s and more wet jelqs. But you have probably already tryed that quite a bit since you have been doing it for over a year.

I had to stop taking l-arginine because it gave me bad acne =(. But you say ginseng is good for PE?

Years ago I tried ginseng for energy during the day and that’s when I found out what it does to me. Wadzilla mentioned it for PE, so there must be something other than energy ginseng is useful for. I’ve taken fish oil for many years as a health supplement because it is thought to help keep the arteries clean from plaque sticking. I now wonder if the fish oil could possibly help with PE because it is suppose to help keep the arteries and tissue elastic—I figure that may somehow help with stretching tissue and ligaments and tunaca, but I’m only guessing and hoping. I use to have a problem with acne in my younger years, but don’t now. So far the l-arginine hasn’t caused me any acne , if I get any I’ll stop the l-arginine.

I have never heard of fish oil. How much does it cost approximately? Can I buy some at a local drug store? And Ginseng is a “energy” source. It is put in all the energy drinks. I.E. red bull, sobe, amp, etc..

Fish oil capsules are about $6 at Costco or Sam’s Club for 300 1 gram capsules. I don’t know if they do anything for PE (doubt it), but are a good supplement for other reasons.

Dosage is usually 1-3 grams per day.

Wad,

interesting theory.

When you talk about tunica (connective tissue) and its toughness, I was automatically remined of a steak! Don’t laugh, because on steaks or pot roasts you have these skins that are nothing more than what surrounds the CC’s. So what happens when you apply heat to those guys? They become very soft, meaning edible. Same I think goes for the tunica. The more heat you apply, the softer they’ll get. Am I that far off?

Just my two cents…

If this is true, then maybe the longer you have been PEing, the longer a warm up you should do, or maybe even a hotter warm up.

Keep em coming boys.

Remek,

I don’t think it has anything to do with the length of the warm-up rather than the intensity. The hotter the warm-up, I think, the more pliable the tissue becomes.
