The thick DICK! sqeeze!

ok first you start out by getting 60 or 70% erect or what ever works for you then you do a hard kegal (pc flex) cut the flow of blood off at the base with one hand like in the uli then move your other hand to midshaft place your thumb on top and your index and middle finger on the bottom of your penis sqeeze down and hold for 5 seconds release the hand you sqeezed with then with the hand at the base slide it down your shaft just like a jelq with
about a 3-5 second stroke i like to do this for 10 min. but you should do what feels right for you.
also i just started to do this so dont ask me what my gains are just yet.

MY ROUTINE

3 sets of 20 min. with 7.5 lbs going to move up 2.5 lbs ever two weeks.
then i do the thick dick sqeeze for ten min. may start to do more
will see what happens first.
3 days on 1 day off seems to be a good work out plan.
