I needed some help figuring how to perform the squeeze. As far as I know this is performed by squeezing the base of the shaft and just below the head. In one of the newsletters on PEForums it says this is far better then jelqing. The only thing I can find on the squeeze is this , and the video hardly gives me an idea on what to do. I have heard of people doing squeezes on this site so it can’t be exclusive to ForSize. Advice is appreciated.
