Hi,
I needed some help figuring how to perform the squeeze. As far as I know this is performed by squeezing the base of the shaft and just below the head. In one of the newsletters on PEForums it says this is far better then jelqing. The only thing I can find on the squeeze is this , and the video hardly gives me an idea on what to do. I have heard of people doing squeezes on this site so it can’t be exclusive to ForSize. Advice is appreciated.

Thanks, but if you look at the video I linked to it is none of those exercises. I have tried ULI’s and clamped ULI’s. Researching I came across Horse 440s, they look interesting and from what I heard are effective but it is still not “The Squeeze” I see in the video. I may try horses soon, the squeeze seems to me to be what I want at the moment, it would be very convenient for me to be able to edge a while then do sum squeezes .etc and that would allow me to workout without the bother of lube, skin stretching .etc

“The Squeeze” is a girth exercise that some of my clients and I came up with (with records to prove it :) ). It may have gone under other names in other places, though I never heard of it before we came up with it.

The variation I have done, which leaves my dick looking very plump afterward goes like this:

Grab below the glans and as far back at the base as possible with a 50-90% erection. Make the grip at the base very tight and compress the two ends together for a 10 second count. The trick for me is keeping my unit straight while I compress as hard as I can.

I do a few of these every so often when my lube starts drying as it’s not so slippery and I can get a better grip.

I think it helps to even out the pressure in the tunica so as to avoid the ‘baseball bat’ look which jelqs seem to be prone to causing.
