That probably wont get me anywhere near the top of the list of fast gainers.

My growth has been very steady. About 1/8 of an inch girth per month and length gains even less than that.

It’s possible for almost anyone to gain as much or more than I have in the same amount of time, providing you do your PE the right way. I’m very in tune with my dick, and I know what works for me.

Good luck with your gains, and feel free to ask me for any advice.

Peter,

OK, I hear you. I think that should put you on the throne of the
fast gainers. I think genetics play a huge party here, as in life in general. I’ve
been PE’ing hard and religiously for the last 3 years, and my gains have been, well, modest.
I was lucky to have my genetics in terms of starting size(length), but gains? Not much to brag about.
I’ve also been working out in the gym for the last 20 years, and also here my gains have been modest, even though
I have transformed my body from a skinny un- sexy 155Lbs/ 6’2” into an athletic 175Lbs, which I’m pleased with, but I know people who by looking at a barbell put on beef. Genetics.

So maybe your routine is in Thunders’, I haven’t checked, I will, but I’m a skeptic in terms of people claiming huge gains in a short time. And your gains are huge. Period. Maybe it’s possible, I don’t know. Everyone has to work with what they’ve got in terms of genetics, learn from guys who succeed. I hope that beginners here don’t believe that your gains are normal, the way it’s supposed to be, because most of us here are struggling to see small gains. If I gain 0.5” of girth in the next 2-3 years, I’ll be a happy man. Of course, if I could gain 0.5” in 2-3 months, I’d be even happier, but that’s not how it works for me.

50% increase in penile mass in 8 months? Maybe.

Peter Dick,

What do you think about separating girth and length work?

Maybe one girth, next day length, then day off…etc.

Genetics is only a factor if you want to be among the best in the world at something. You can never achieve that no matter how hard you work if you where not born with the right genetics.

My dick gained much more than yours in a shorter period of time.
I also transformed my body from 145 lbs to 260 lbs in 4 years.
Does that mean that I have better genetics than you? Not necessarily.
I may be doing my exercises right, while you do them wrong. I may have a good diet
while you have a bad one. There are many other factors much more important than genetics to consider.

Please feel free to utilise my knowledge to further yourself. You can ask questions in this thread or PM me.
I’m confident that I can help you grow a larger dick. :)

I believe that it’s a good idea to separate girth and length work, but only to the extent of doing length in the morning and girth in the evening for example.

In your example you would only work girth or length once every 3 days.
That is way too much rest. I believe that you should never rest more than one full day.
Good luck with your gains.

Peter, what is your diet like? How much protein? Are you in caloric surplus? You have had great gains and I’m wondering if it is connected with your diet in some way.

I eat 6-7 meals/day. Around 300 grams of protein, 300 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat. That’s not really being in caloric surplus, but enough to maintain my weight. I eat a very healthy diet consisting of chicken, fish, eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts, oatmeal, etc. I take a daily multivitamin and also a powdered green food supplement.

I definitely believe that eating a healthy diet will help you with your gains.

Okay I’m off to the grocery store.

After 1 year of PE, I have increased my total penis volume 68%. :)

My gains have been steady all year, although they are starting to slow down a little.

I hope that by picking up hanging and maybe also pumping, I can continue to grow

until I reach my goal.

In PE, I think I have overdone things a little, doing what many here recommend, forgetting that everybody is
different. I have had a break now for 2 months, and my dick is more healthy, erections are harder, flaccid is bigger,
my dick responds to jelqing/ squeezing now, it didn’t 2 months ago, so yes, I may have done something wrong.
regarding my bodybuilding career, I am not so sure whether I have done things wrong. My diet is good, people call me
a health fanatic, workout maniac, even if I’m not. I have been working out 2-4 times a week the last 10 years, watching my diet.
My father has a similar body, always been working a lot, working out, but never grew a lot of muscle. Genetics for sure
play an important role here.
Thanks for your positive attitude.
But hey, you have to have G R E A T genetics, in ADDITION to having done things right, else it’s not possible to gain 115 pounds of muscle in 4 years or increase the penile volume by 68%..

I agree.It’s a reasonable way.

This is a good thread!

I do want to avoid having to spend 2 hours a day doing this…but again, the thing (just like exercise) that is probably most important first is consistency. Once you have that down, then it’s time to start messing with it. It’s just like the yahoos at the gym that change their routine all the time - they typically show very little for it.

So…while fun to talk about it, I need to get the consistency up before I contribute!
