I believe changing exercises is key. Not increasing duration or pressures. This works for me.
Start 2-3-08 BPEL 7.25" EG 5.25" Midshaft

Yes that’s exactly what I was talking about. Changing up the direction of stress is a key element to the lengthening process.
When it comes to the neck rings I think the overall affect is the same as what we’re doing here. Unfortunately for them gravity doesn’t work in their favor but the end result is sad in that when the support is removed they are in deep trouble. Fortunately for us gravity or stress angles work FOR us.
