The Problem with IPR (for me at least)

Something I noticed over my PE career; Every time I have gained it was after I added a new device or exercise.
Every time! It never resulted from increasing reps, time or weight. It was adding something new. And… along with that,
I saw my gains in the first 14 days of the new routine. After that, nothing.

So, when I did my last IPR routine I realize that, if you don’t have gains in the Phase I (first 2 weeks) there is no point
in going on to the 2 and 3 phases, since these are just healing and remodeling phases.

I think the body adapts very quickly to stress. Some guys much more quickly that others. I think there is a very fine balance
in the body’s response to force/stress - too much and the tissue goes into defense mode, too little and there is no inflammation.

I have always thought that this theory (*Tunica Differences) could explain hard vs easy gainers perfectly.
But, this is a very difficult thing to test on a living person without surgery or maybe a MRI.

Your most important consideration in evaluating your PE progress will be to examine the improved vascular system of your penis. If the exercises you are performing are resulting in larger and more visible “pipes,” than you should be seeing gains. This is a critical aspect and it is crucial that you work on exercises that augment/enlarge blood carrying vessels in order to achieve incremental size change. If your pipes are wimpy and invisible, this is the area you must concentrate your activities. If there visible and robust you should have screaming hard erections and good size.

Your penis is a holder of blood and you want to maximize the penis’ capacity to hold large amounts. There are exercises that use very light weights (3lb-5lb), to improve and widen your smaller and larger blood-lets. These critical areas do not “toughen,” but they do require a disciplined and consistent effort of work to enhance.

What exercises are you referring to here?

Well, rushmore, it’s either another rousing chorus of Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes or Vokey is re-running a lost episode of What's My Line? - always liked that show. Nothing like a good guessing game, and what’s not to love about Soupy Sayles and Kitty Carlisle? And who could forget Nipsey Russell?

But that’s not the point of this conversation is it?

For good veins it’s important to do your Kegels every day. The newbie routine recomends 50, but you can do more if you want. When I’m on my game I do 100 in the morning. Makes the commute go faster. Strong tone in the BC muscle will promote stronger erections.

Iguana, after 14 days of a new routine you see gains? You see little gains daily, or a all gains come suddenly the 14th day? Could them be the product of the old routine, that become noticeable while you are doing something new, because your penis recovered by the past stress? Maybe if you had done nothing you have had the same gains.

Happy, It actually worked quite well for me. Unfortunately, I ran out of new things to try. Not necessarily because I have tried everything,
I just have tried everything that is practical with my circumstances and schedule. I’m on a 3 month decon right now.

marinera, I’m sure that gains came gradual. I only measured every 14 days so I saw them all at once. Then
if I continued my routine for the next two weeks, nothing. I supposed it is possible that the gains came from the last routine
and I didn’t realize them until a couple weeks into my next routine? I don’t think that happened every time but on one occasion
I started a 2 month decon break and gained 1/4” by the second week into the break. So, that had to have came from my last
routine.

If its been a while, you could probably go back through those that worked again. I think it works because you work the fibers of the tunica from different angles, and get the gains because its being stretched in a different way.

I think that if given time to heal, you could probably go back through those very same angles and get more gains.

Thanks guys!!! That’s a very good idea! I have read several articles that talk about collagen fibers orienting themselves in the direction of the stress. So it would make sense to alter the stress angles and forces. It would be nice to know how long that takes and then change up before
you hit that point.

I was still using some of the devices and exercises until recently but there a few that I haven’t used in a while.
I am trying to put together a plan for when I start back in January. I’m thinking I should start back with the Newbie and build on that.
I’m still not sure.
