An application of the ‘divide and conquer’ principle.


Thanks again for your complete and interesting reply. I’m afraid I should think a way of implementing such a kind of training because, under this, jelq C is the oppossit of what I’m looking for… Very weird stuff the penis :)

It is really true that it is fatiguing to jelq this way, with more pressure on the sides.. Actually I’ve tried to do somethig similar to jelq type C but turned 90º and it is really hard for the wrists (and for the back…) as well as difficult to carry out due to the “ellipsoidal” shape of the penis and the assymmetry top-bottom..

Your idea about the shape of the vacuum pump is also really interesting, maybe some of the members who are very good with their hands can give some more light about the issue

That should read ‘don’t leave room for ventral (depth) expansion’, of course.

Ircabo, you can give power jelqs a try and see how they work for you. You can build a power jelq by yourself with a jar lifter, you can find one for a few euros in some places.

Great idea the jar lifters!, thank you so much, I didn’t know about them! I’ll look for one somewhere and I’ll try to work out some kind of protection with silicon or something like this. I hope it works and the room it leaves on the vertical axis won’t be too much, as well as the corresponding ‘blood leaks’ there.

How can I gain at the base? Clamping does not seem to work for me.

What about jelqing this way, not using the ok grip, the more proper jelq like an upside down U ? Suppose to look like an n.

That is actually better and safer then an OK grip.

would this support your theory in the above post that I quoted for width gains? Putting pressure on the sides?

That’s how I see it, yes, and the feedback from members seem to support that view. Also more safe means better gains in the long run, everything else being equal.

Thanks marinera , I have really been getting into jelqing here lately, not as a hit and a miss ,but as the backbone of my PE exercises, looks promising , in the past couple weeks and I like it , wish I hadn’t skipped that in the early days of PE , but in all honesty saying it bluntly I thought I new it all. Thanks again for all your advice.

I make a specific effort to squeeze the sides and find the internal structure of the penis and put pressure on that when I jelq.

Probably 50% erect is best to find the internals.

"Looser" ligs can shift that inner penis outwards exposing that thicker part.
Of course Marinera I know you dont believe in exposing inner penis ;) but its certainly not impossible :P

Not refuting that clamps create a circular stretch too.(like Xeno showed her with neat pics: Strain ellipse mechanics adjacent to clamps )

I’m not sure what it is that I’m feeling when I grip inner structures. The tunica?

The fact remains that in five years of PE I don’t turtle any longer and I can definitely feel something inside that is structured and cylindrical that I can grip against and pull on.

I own a Bathmate and did stretches with it which clearly pulls on inner tissues and if done for some sets and days leads to soreness that is felt at the inside penis called the infrapubic penis( penis behind the pubic bone).
Depending on the angle you can hit the bulb penis which is where the CS is attached inside or the crus penis where the CC is attached inside. Note that the CC effectivly is splitting into two trapezius like parts.
Now how much you can stretch and pull that inner tissue is questionable. It has many attachment points right to the bones by ligaments/collageosue.
Both structures are also covered by the BC muscle(CS) and IC muscle(CC).

Hitting this tissue is possible and stretching and pulling on it will create a reaction. Hangers reported that they can feel the IC outside the pubic bone. To feel the IC muscle and its contractions I have to dig deeper into my “inner penis”. So pulling that muscle out will surely increase base girth.

The Tunica/bucks fascia could be hit by that too.

From my experiments with bathmate stretches its easier to to hit the bulb of the penis as by trying to hit the crus(CC and IC msucle) the ligaments are taking much of the stretch.
But it appears to me that I can also create inner soreness of the IC/CC portion at the crus penis with the bathmate.. Its a hard to describe feeling as if tunica/fascia/cc/IC seperate in a way.

Some hangers on bibs forum who are very methodical in hitting all angles seem to hit the crus/IC muscle. (RB’s 2009 thread on these forums and his discussion with BIB is a good example)

Anyway these endeavours with the bathmate im not following right now intensly as they create too much discoloration.

Seems like a legit theory imo.
