I wonder if ejaculation just before hanging would help gains. There would not be any tissue semi inflated because of the dicks natural response to having something play with it. The weight would come down on the ligs and septum with almost full force? Hmmm.

This is all very interesting. Does anyone have any idea why masturbation would cause one to lose his gains? I dont masturbate alot but do have sex quite a bit and Im still seeing good gains in just the short time Ive been PE’ing. What could be the difference in masturbating and sex? Im sure everyone is wanting to know this just like all the other million dollar questions out there.

I could be a willing non-ejaculator. The longest I’ve gone without ejaculating is 82 days. I am currently going for 120. The last week of no ejaculations I reached a type of on going ecstacy whenever I jelqed. What bought me over the top one day was edging while clamping. Each time I begin a new exercise it takes time to adjust to the new sensations.

The first 40 days of not ejaculating seem to be the most difficult.

Personally I don’t think moderate masturbation affects gains. I have gained more than an inch in length in just under 5 months(counting a month as 4 weeks not as they appear on the calender). I’ve only ejaculated 4 or five times in this period.

Try to make an ok grip with one hand while you masturbate with the other: I made gains that way.

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

You do not have to keep it for hours, one or two minutes then release for one or two minutes on and on while masturbating. women naturally do it when they do blow jobs.

Well this is new news to me. I usually masturbate 2 to 3 hours after I’m done with my PE session. If I don’t I wake up with a major case of morning wood. I’m not sure if it’s effecting anything and at most I masturbate 7 times a week. Most of the time I’m to tired and don’t feel like it. So I’d say my average is 4 to 5 times a week. I cannot masturbate 6 hours before since I usually do my workout mid afternoon. I hope it’s not effecting my gains, and it seems from reading all the pages that it doesn’t effect some PEers at all.

Interesting thread. I think marco may have gone over bored, depleteing zinc Vitimin “C” and not replacing it fast enough. Testosterone does not function well w/o Zinc and Vitimin “C”.
