The law of diminishing returns
How does this apply to PE? Will it get to the point where we will need to do marathon routines in order to see gains? Now, I’m enjoying my two daily sessions that last 15 mins. each. How long do you stick with a routine before you step it up a notch? I won’t know for another few weeks (when I measure again) whether or not my current routine is effective but, in the meantime, I don’t want to have “wasted” ineffective workouts. Kinda like in working out with weights—eventually I get to the point where deadlifting 300 lbs. is easy and won’t allow for strength gains anymore.
