The key to length gains

BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN to switch from lig stretch (SD or BTC) to SO or SU or OTS ?? You say when you stop getting gains, but how long is reasonable to wait before you conclude your gains have stopped?

What does LOT stand for? :/

So.. A higher number is better? As in if my LOT is around 11, and I pull at that angle, I will see max gains? O.o

Hi, I have searched, but am still very confused. You guys mind helping me out? So when I stretch my penis straight down is where I feel the least pull in when I kegel, so should I stretch straight up or down?

One good thread.

I don’t know if I buy this idea. The ligs are the limiter to maximum length. Lengthening the tunica while the ligaments don’t change seems like it would only increase girth. Maybe whatever exercise your doing is actually stretching both the tunica and the ligs which is better for overall length gains.

What’s the logic behind that? The ligaments attach close to the base of the penis, There is enough penis left for lengthening from the ligament insertion area to the tip of the shaft, unaffected by ligament limitation.

As far as lot goes, what do you do with the guy on this forum who had the surgery where they cut his ligaments and he posted that it didn’t affect his lot at all!?? I mean if LOT is based on ligaments and the guy got them gut and it didn’t affect his LOT testing, then the LOT testing has nothing to do with those ligaments..right Bib???

Thanks for these ideas 7.5inch, awesome thread.

I don’t understand your logic. Of course the ligs run from the base to the tip, which is why the ligs are able to prevent the tip of the shaft from extending further. Unless you somehow disconnect the lig attachment from either the base or the head, the ligs are going to determine the length of the penis. This is common medical knowledge. How do you lengthen the penis from the “ligament insertion area” without somehow also lengthening the ligament in the process?

Where you got these infos?

Hope this pic can help.

@ humpy_dumpy I think you mixed up ligaments with tunica. Ligaments are limiting the “inner penis”, while the tunica is limiting the “outer” penis length/girth-wise.

Ok I see what you are saying now. I would have sworn that the “triangular ligament” runs to the end of the penis. Apparently there is continuity in the connection and it really just becomes the Tunica. However, there is research defining a ligament that runs along the CC to the glans. They call it the “corpor-glans” ligament.

I still don’t understand what it is that feels like the ligament that extends all the way to the glans. Is that really just the deflated tunica?

Sorry about the confusion.
