Yeah I am interested as well.

I am hanging Over the shoulder, and rarely straight out (vac-hanger doesn’t grip well with straight out) And I seem to be gaining but I will measure in another month and see.

I am curious though if anyone does anything else. Do you hang maybe say off of a hook or pulley somewhere around 10-11 o’clock?

Or do you use the rice sock fulcrum that everyone raves about? I am tempted to try that, even though I used to hang off a thick pill bottle it was too low for an effective fulcrum.

I try to do a lot of hanging SO or at an angle above 9. When vac hanging SO cut an extra piece of the silicon sleeve and place it over the top of the vachanger sleeve. This helps keep the hanger from slipping.

My LOT is 6:00, so does that mean if I want to see good gains, I need to jelq at 9 or even 12?

Forget about LOT, mine is low as well but I’ve had no trouble gaining length.

Thank you I will do that. I tried that once and it worked great. How much have you gained with hanging say in the last.6 months, using upward angles?

Yep. I stretch BTC regularly as well as SD and have gained an inch in 3 months.

Very interesting. I have heard of other people reporting the same however I did not yield the same results.

Well to the person that asked how you do tunica stretches only on the last page last comment.. I just stretched straight up, and straight up and to the left and right and used my free hand to pull down at the base of my shaft for 6 weeks. I think the reason why I didn’t feel my ligs being stretched at all is that I had mostly been focusing on downward stretches for the past 2 years and all it did is pretty much make my penis sit lower. I didn’t see any real noticeable gains.. And I figured y not go the other way and just focus purely on tunica stretches until I get some sort of extender. And it worked for me, so yeah.

Yeah I did those stretches only though and that’s all.. And did 2 sets of 50 light jelqs after just to get the blood flowing again. So all together I did a hot compress to start for 5 mins, stretch 10 mins upward only, 50 light jelqs, stretch 15 mins altering left and right, 50 light jelqs and then 5 mins on a hot compress.

I’m still doing it to I really feel a good stretch under my shaft and on the sides and right behind my glands all round it. Hopefully I get another good gain

Well I did the stretches for a month and a half or so and gained 2.5 cm I haven’t measured in like 2 weeks though so it could be more now I’m not sure
