Yeah I am interested as well.
I am hanging Over the shoulder, and rarely straight out (vac-hanger doesn’t grip well with straight out) And I seem to be gaining but I will measure in another month and see.
I am curious though if anyone does anything else. Do you hang maybe say off of a hook or pulley somewhere around 10-11 o’clock?
Or do you use the rice sock fulcrum that everyone raves about? I am tempted to try that, even though I used to hang off a thick pill bottle it was too low for an effective fulcrum.
