I’m not sensitive mravg, just polite. Maybe its unrealistic of me to expect the same from others.

NO!!! Just please explain your theory a little bit more simple and give a routine example that someone can follow.

Again Xeno, I didn’t see your reply until now so get over it.

I also think the forum would be pretty dull if every post was followed by everyone posting a “thank you” post.

Sure, thank you’s are sometimes appropriate. I probably would have made a comment on your theory if I had read it, but I didn’t. OK?

Horny Bastard

Xeno,

I’ve seen the benefits of seminal retention and cannot say it was coincidence. My largest erections were from retaining for more than a month. I know you have passion for the subject but it’s a hard pill to swallow for most guys, I’m sure you can understand why. I hope you calm down a bit, it will be O.K.

Yo, mravg, I gave you the ol’ ;) , didn’t I? I was just yankin’ yer chain a little. No need to get so worked up.

I don’t agree that extended-duration, seminal retention is either sensible from a health point of view, or practical for most men. We’ve talked about that together and I had the impression that you see negatives to holding off on ejaculation for long periods as well.

And I do agree with Nick here that the explanations you offer are difficult to comprehend. What, for example, is a “deviatoric stress” ?

avocet, good point, I’m glad you mentioned it, yes, I believe that seminal retention outside of SKF mastery can have negative health consequences, but small and fixable in my experience. Also, in my experience, it takes many years for even the smallest negative consequence to materialize. The typical duration of a PE career is approximately an order of magnitude less than that of the duration of time required to develop even the smallest of a negative health consequence, so, based on my experience, one should be able to get their easier PE gains well before experiencing any negative health consequences, even WITHOUT SKF mastery. I KNOW seminal retention within the context of SKF mastery has positive health consequences. AND positive PE consequences. Which is why I recommend mastering SKF. Among many other reasons, but a positive PE benefit aught to be reason enough for this discussion.

Deviatoric stress is simply a stress that is preferentially aligned, such as is achieved with manually stretching outward, or pumping in a cylinder that is sufficiently small in diameter to facilitate packing of the shaft length.

Alice, I’m calm. I can’t help it if the pill is bitter, its good for you :) . I guess I should expect a “kill the messenger” sort of response.

Nick, this post will give you an idea of the type of training protocol that has worked very well for me. Particularly when coupled with SKF practice.

I agree that seminal retention takes some time to show negative results. In my experience, however, the health consequences are neither small nor easily fixable. Ask somebody who has had chronic prostatitis how long it took to get rid of it (if they did) and if the suffering during those seiges was a small thing. You will get some very serious argument about this health problem being no big deal.

You are being sort of cagey in implying that seminal retention “outside of SKF mastery” causes negative results whereas retention within the SKF practice does not. A prostate is a prostate, either way. Arcini can clog up, create active little bacterial farms, no matter on which plane the owner’s head may be.

Many things are a risk vs. reward situation avocet. PE is one. SKF is one.

With regard to your second paragraph, I’m not being cagey, you are just ignorant, no offense intended, of the processes than SKF entails. I’ve tired of encouraging you to read the book to find out for yourself what it does, so I won’t bother suggesting it to you to anymore. But I hope you understand how objectively arrogant it is for someone to speak authoritatively about something which they know nothing about.

The PE positive aspects 2 and 3 of SKF that I mentioned in my post earlier today would have addressed your comment in some detail, but I’m just no longer interested in providing that anymore. Out of respect for you, of which I still have some, I’ll give you the short version, again. Seminal fluids are mobilized, just not evacuated. Chi is extracted from the mobilized fluids and directed away from the gonads by means of SKF. The de-chi’d seminal fluids are then re-absorbed into the body. Which is nourishing to the gonads.

I don’t appreciate the “plane of the owner’s head” comment. What I’m talking about has nothing to do with the “plane of the owner’s head”. As far as I’m concerned that comment only underscores your ignorance about which you are speaking, demonstrates ill will and undermines my respect for you.

I’ve experienced enough unpleasantness here for at least one day. Carry on without me.

Hey Xeno,
Dress it up pretty all you want, you last few posts have been personal attacks plain and simple. Please re-read the forum guidelines on such things before posting anything else.
