I haven’t incorporated any stretching in my routine yet. And I’ve already gained 1-1.5cm (not sure how much) in length with jelqing. Shouldn’t I be able to gain the 1cm I’ve got left ALOT faster if I use stretches? The problem is that I get too erect.

Maybe you could change the order of workout to Jelqing in the morning, taking advantage of your engorgement issue. Then stretching in the evening after sex or masterbation?

Yeah… The “problem” is that I can get an erection very fast after I’ve masturbated also. I’m afraid I don’t have the time nor the privacy in the morning to jelq then.

This Bundle Stretch and the original Blasters are my two favorites.

However are the Original DLD blasters and the Bundle Blasters stretching the ligs or the tunica?

Or is it altered by simply stretching downward for the ligs and upward for the tunica?

Yes, simple as that. They don’t differ from any other stretches.

Hell yes, i have added these bundled stretches to my routine. I have already gained 1/4 of an inch since about a month ago when i started.

current routine

morning

hot wrap
10 minutes btc stretches
10 minutes downward stretches
10 minutes all other direction stretches
20 minutes wet jelq

afternoon

hot wrap
15 minutes dry jelq

evening

10 minutes bundled btc stretches
10 minutes bundled a stretches
10 minutes bundled straight out stretches

this is definatley worth the time and effort.

It is a staple of my workout regimen. Could I’ve made the same gains with a simple A-stretch? Maybe, but I can combine my kegel routine with my length routine to cut down on time.

Started 4/20/08 BPEL 7.0 EG 5.5

Current 9/08 7 3/8 BPEL X 5.75 MSEG

Aiming for a more realistic goal - 8 NBPEL 6.5 MSEG
