The Changing Lot – It’s True

After some months of focusing more than 90% of my length training on tunica work, I was damn surprised to see that my LOT has gone back up. I’m now at 8:30-9:00 – not a drastic increase, but an increase nonetheless (I was a very low LOT - under 7:30).

I’ve also made some BPEL gains, too – which I’m damn excited about.

So, whoever theorized that LOT can increase (Bib or SS4 – not sure), they’re right, at least in my case. I was really excited about these recent developments, and conducted the LOT test several times to make sure I was right. But that theory proved to be a stroke of genius.

I’m now going to devote an intense couple months to lig work now, and see if I can get another ¼” or ½” before knocking my LOT back down again, and then going back to tunica work.

Today, life seems better (and BIGGER)!

That’s what I’m hoping. You know the old saying, “It’s like trying to lift yourself up by your bootstraps”? Well, I’ve spent a few months trying to lift myself up by my dick. Tons of tunica work (usually in the 10:00-11:00 range), including a lot of fulcrum work. Pulling very hard.
I recently decided to try the LOT test, for the hell of it, and I couldn’t believe the results. In fact, I was so incredulous, I did the test for about 5 minutes. I went from about 7:30, or lower, to a hair under 9:00. And, as I said, I’ve made some length gains.
Now I will be focusing on BTL stretching, lazy ass stretches, and some very low angle A-Stretches (even my own variation of the BTL A-Stretches — for improved leverages at the lowest LOT, even below 6:00).
This approach could be the shit.

What was your length gain while focusing on tunica?

It was hobby who first postulated the LOT might rise with upper angle work.

Yeah it was hobby who thought of that idea. I just tell everyone it to sound clever. Congrats on the progress, be sure to cement your gains before switching angles!

When I began PE, I didn’t know about the LOT theory/test. I’d gained about 1” or so, BPEL, before I heard about it & tried it. My LOT at that time was low, about 7:30 or lower. In retrospect, I would assume that it was probably higher when I first began, as my workout was mostly jelqs & low stretches (6:00-8:00 range). So, my 1” was probably mostly ligs.

After spending time doing tunica work, I added almost 0.4” to my BPEL, before I retested my LOT at around 9:00, or just below.


Yeah, I’m going to cement my gains first - thanks for the advice. I’ll probably do a lot of bundled stretches for a couple weeks, then refocus on ligs.


I have a Bib Starter, and really want to use it, but current time/privacy issues have made that impossible. In fact, I usually can’t even do my old style full PE workouts anymore (hot wrap, wet jelqs, stretches, etc.). I’m now in full “stealth mode,” usually breaking up my workouts throughout the day (doing mini sessions, which require no cleanup). My gains would probably be better if I could use heat warmups/therapy - but, as I said, I can’t.
