The best thing for me to improve EQ

I have never really had issues with EQ but in recent weeks I’ve noticed that I am in the 90% range max while having sex…possibly even less. It really does make a difference at least for me. Anyhow, my brother gave me a Viagra…he laughed and said welcome to the over 40 club. I normally wouldn’t take it since I’m pretty paranoid about drugs especially when they have not been prescribed to me. But I took it…it was the 100mg version and it did absolutely nothing for me. I had it on an empty stomach and everything else your supposed to do.

My brother suggested I try it again and that it may take a few times before it works. He also said chewing it and letting it dissolve under my tongue would do the trick but I declined. So he offered me Cialis (he seems to be a walking pharmacy!!). I took it and nothing. I wasn’t just sitting there watching Monday Night Football and waiting for an erection. I was turned on by my wife and after following the instructions ( I did not try chewing it though), the 20mg tablet gave me the same erection I always get.

Again, my brother says some people take these 2 drugs several times before they work and that if I stuck with Viagra for a while, it would work. Fortunately I did not get any undesirable side effects. The drugs just did nothing…and he did not give me the generic stuff either. I was going to look into some more natural products like Maca or Tongkat Ali but in the meantime, I started to feel a bit better after my recent accident and started to exercise again. After 2 days of intense cardio, I had a 110% erection. It was crazy.

It is generally well known, but it doesn’t hurt to reiterate, exercise has a huge impact on EQ. I understand it’s easier to take a pill but not everyone wants to do that judging from the numerous threads regarding natural alternatives. Try rigorous exercise.

But I am still baffled why the strongest dose of Viagra and Cialis had no effect, positive or negative.

That is strange. I once took a half a generic Viagra, and while driving on the freeway the vibrations from the bumps in the road gave me a boner. Was just praying to god I didn’t get pulled over.

Wow!! I wish I could say the same. I have heard stories like that and was expecting to have to put mine on ice when I was done. Maybe I was thinking too hard and didn’t just let it happen…who knows.

I actually tried the same dosage of Viagra a few times. The first time it did nothing. The second time, I got a boner within 25 minutes. Try it again. I bet it will work. I will say that both times, I got a major headache afterwards though.

I take L Arginine, L Lysine, Zinc and horny goat weed and have awesome hard ons. Alot of it is in your head too. If you start worrying about it and focusing on it then it snowballs. Just chill out. I am 43 and, on a rare occasion, have an issue a few times a year but I don’t have to resort to the drugs. Try the natural route. Stroke regularly, too. Like I do - edging and not cumming. Just my two cents.

I definitely prefer the natural route.

I jelq regularly now but at such low erection levels since I am try to jelq more for length. So I don’t get the EQ benefits that come from jelqing in the 70% + erection range.

I may have to incorporate some of those into my routine to help ensure improved EQ.

It’s interesting that LMM tried V a couple of times and got the positive results once but the negative ones on both occasions. I got absolutely nothing.

Looking on the bright side, ddolphin, it could be that the Viagra or Cialis didn’t do much for you because you were already in good enough shape that there wasn’t much room for improvement via that approach. It’s just a thought…

I hear you, but there was room for improvement. I got some already by kicking the cardio up a notch. I will have to be more diligent with my kegel routine.

Maybe the recent accident still stressed you body?

Of the natural stuff I’d recommend Maca. I also recommend doing some weight work. I’ve cut my cardio way back and just concentrate on weights and yoga.

Thanks for those tips…and the impact of my accident on my EQ never occurred to me. I’m monitoring things closely now but don’t want to become too obsessed.
