Kdoc, you take any supplements like Ginko Biloba or Hawthorn berry?
They seem to help me AFTER a PE workout whilst under the influence of my ADS as they claim to support circulation.

I do NOT recommend them prior to vacuum or erect jelqs. Then they seem to increase injury potential.

I also take pycnogenol, for now. It’s is kinda pricy. Just another antioxidant but with some reported benefits for blood vessels specifically.

I shouldn’t really recommend any of these things to anybody. I have no idea if what I have read is true.
I’m trying them out for 12 weeks to see if I notice any positive changes in “repair” (none yet).
I HAVE noticed some negative changes…those I warned you about. Ginko and Hawthorn berry have thinned my blood or “something” and made it easier for me to produce bruising when I stretch and jelq.

So, I work out first, then take the supplements. By the time I get around to working out again, the systemic levels are apparently low enough not to cause noticeable injury.
