The 3" Club

I think the bottom line regarding gains are really determined by these 2 realities:

(1) Gains become exponentially more difficult to achieve after you’ve made some initial gains,
(2) Once some gains have been made, a Pe’er is left with even less motivation to persevere when further gains become really difficult.

We can discuss a person’s age, health, physical fitness, diet or F:E, but I believe that the above 2 principles are really the greatest hindrances to a guy achieving big gains.

I’m not suggesting that Pe’ers “don’t want” big gains, but let’s face it: gains become DAMN TOUGH after that initial surge that most newbies get. And the word “want” can be misleading; how many people “want” to be fat? Yet, most of America is fat! Most people “want” to be lean & healthy; but realitively few are.

The key, then, is really that internal monologue that we all engage in. It’s a person’s determination & mulish stubborness that will have a lot to do with whether or not they continue to PE faithfully, even though they haven’t gained even 1/8” in the last 7 or 8 months.

Also, I have my suspicions about some of the posters in this forum who’ve claimed to have religiously followed some rigorous PE routine for 12, 18, even 24 months without even 1mm gained. That so flies against human nature that I find it virtually impossible to believe. In fact, I’d like to know how many guys here have faithfully & intensely PE’d for even 12 months straight, without missing (I’ve done that maybe once - and that was while making good gains).

One more point: as I ponder this, I technically have not gained 2” EL. I was counting from my size at age 37, after I’d lost 3/8” EL - and measured in at 6.12” when I first begain PE. But in my youth I was 6.5” EL. So, really, I’ve actually gained about 1.7” of brand new, never-had-before length.

Furthermore, that revision seals it for me that I will NEVER gain 3” EL because, even if I could do it, I don’t want 9.5” of length. If I could nail a solid 8.5” that would put me in the 2” EL Gains Club.

Nonetheless, I’m very happy with my PE gains overall - especially with girth.

Couldn’t have said it better wad. On another note in some defense to the skepticism of big gainers like Bib my question is: Why would he put in so much time and effort into all his posts and everything he’s contributed to this site if it was all a lie? Who the fuck would want to waste all that fucking time? And don’t say it’s so he can make money off of his hanger because he could have easily advertised like all the other extenders, pills, and patches and made any man who wants a bigger dick buy his product.

I don’t think anybody’s saying Bib’s gains were “all a lie.” He’s clearly and innovative and experienced guy who put a lot of himself into PE. I personally believe that he probably got good gains, maybe great gains. My point is that 4.5” gains are very questionable.

Dishonesty is not the only explanation for the over-reporting of gains. Lots of guys do a lazy-assed bone pressed measurement in the beginning, and push the ruler in farther as they gain experience. Other guys never really measure in the beginning and just estimate their starting size based on their subjective impressions.

Also, the “Why would he put in so much time” argument was used by many people here to show that DLD could not possible have faked his gains, but later photographic evidence strongly shows that he did.

Regarding Bib, I would go so far as to say that he thinks he gains as much as he’s reported. But I suspect that his thoughts on the matter may be erroneous, mostly on account of early measurement error.

Another factor is that Bib was extremely obese when he began PE, but has slimmed down since. Although bone-pressed measurements are supposed to eliminate the effect of the fat pad, they may not completely do so, and BP measurements may in fact be quite subject to changes in body fat, especially for obese people.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

Modesto, I perfectly agree with all your arguments.

So, if we take his reported 4,5” gain and subtract 0.75”” for measurement error and 0.75” for fat pat reduction he would still have the right to hang out in the 3” club. However, of we would subtract another 0.1” for financial interest-driven exaggeration he would be out :) .

Imho - 0.1” for financial interest is a rather low estimate. 1.1” might be more realistic - in which case he could join the 2” club. I wonder if he would be accepted there since there is a ‘pants down and dick on the table’ there.

I was unaware of this info. Thank you.

Very interesting thread. One very important point that hasn’t been brought up is the starting size. Most guys start PE with about 6 inches in length. A 3 inch gain will put them at 9 inches. If your 7 inches when you start, 3 inch gain will put you at 10. Does anybody see how ridiculous that sounds? A 9 inch+ penis is very rare and thats why most guys do not gain 3 inches.

Most people here will be happy with 8 inches in length. And if the average guy already has 6 inches then he only needs to gain 2 to get up to 8. It seems the only guys that can gain 3 inches would have to start with 5 inches or less. I wish I had continuously done PE since I first joined and then I could post pictures showing amazing gains over the couple of years :(

“Only” 2 inches? Sheesh, I wish it was that minor a task! The 2-inch Club is exclusive indeed.

Clearly I don’t want to say nothing against Bib, but without pics (and big-and-clear pics), everybody else was been estimated as a bullshitter. We can’t proof what he claimed was false; nobody can proof that was true.
I remember also horsehung, an estimated member, and a fine person; if he had’nt posted pics, everybody were trusting in his incredible gains.

This should also relate with the “Why he did….if …” reasoning; this is a kind of thinking (hypotetic controfactual logic) that can take easily phallacies, and foremost regarding humans : persons are not always logic, and even when they are, this logic is difficult to understand by others.

The thing with bigger “bib” is if you knew him and I mean really knew the guy you’d understand he isn’t or wasn’t a b.s. person at any level.

some of the shit he would come up with like the hydraulic stretcher ( remember that thunder) and making the bib hanger a family biz are just so different that you gotta know the guy was and remains one of a kind. It’s a character issue I’d say.

So the point I want to make is in most cases seeing is believing, however in this case, it is what it is, and if he said it I’d believe it.

He never represented that growing your dick was easy or not time consuming, I think it takes on average 600- 800 hours of work to grow an inch or so. In addition his history is tight , i.e. time + methodology + technology = gain.

Basically the guy spend a few thousand hours of hanging; with a great percentage in fatigue mode to gain 4+ inches of lenght and an inch + of girth.

Sounds reasonable to me.

ledzep,

I’m not disapproving those who believe in Bib's claims; but you could agree that we have not certain proofs. And Bib’s charisma could be a double-cutting blade, in this questioning.

So said, Bib remains one of those who posed a mile-stone in the PE hystory - 4,5” gains or not.

For me, what count is not how much Bib gained, but how much his device helped others PEers.

Right? :) .

Listen it’s like the old saying…there is no such thing as a little pregnant.

If the guy said it - that’s the way it is.

It’s a matter of character.

And just for the record there are a lot of ways to describe bigger…. charismatic isn’t one of them.

I’m not here to debate the issue.

And everyone’s entitled to there opinion, I’ m good with that.

Have a good night.

Another factor is why 2” gain seem more realistic and attainable, is once a 6” went to a 8” or a 5” to a 7”, the “hunger” for growth will diminish.

Meaning workout intensity, and mental focus should not be as high.

I don’t believe 4” gains or 3” gains are unattainable, it’s that most won’t continue past 2” and most will not even get the 1.5” gain.

Seems most get the 1” quick gain and the interest level drops.

Thank you.

To be honest I believe bib’s claims based entirely upon the time and effort he spent hanging. If there’s anything to not be believed it would be that the time and effort quoted wasn’t invested. I believe that anyone who put that much time and effort would see a lot of gains, more than the typical 1 to 2 inches because it’s more than the typical amount of work. You’re talking about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for upwards of 2 years. That’s several thousand hours culiminating in hanging up to 45 lbs per set.

If someone really feels that strongly about bib’s or dld’s or anyone else’s claim not being true why not put it to the test? Do the same routine and log the same amount of time and see how close your results come to the results that are in question.
