Testosterone Levels with excercise..

Ouestion…

Does everyone think that with excercise boosts Testosterone levels to a point of harder erections, for stimulation with sex, also easier for P.E excercises to get results faster….

Is this why some of us, who are active in sports, training etc, have better gains than others who don`t?…….

All of those who play sport, or train, have you noticed wether this is true…

All I know is that when I excercise vigorously my penis shrinks up. This isn’t good if you’re at the gym and need to take a shower. It’s embarrassing. Any suggestions? Other than that, I have seen no difference in my PE whether I excercise or not.

The reason your penis shrinks is because The body needs the blood to pump your muscles during exercise. Adrenaline causes the blood from your extremities to be redirected to your muscles. Your T level has nothing to do with that.

Try warming up or manual stimulation before getting into the shower.

Exercise will increase your T level. No true answer on if will will help with PE. This is yet to be determined.

Just don’t rub it to much, you don’t want to sprout a woody while your in the shower with that 350 pound power lifter.

Drink a lot of water while your working out I always have a good hang when I have to pee, so just hold it to after the shower.

I work out pretty intensely, as well as play baseball and hockey and I haven’t gained a friggin thing in about 7 months. If I have gained anything it is very very little. My erections are hard though and I think I have good blood flow.

I actually shouldn’t say I haven’t gained a thing, ‘cause I re-measured today and somehow have an extra 0.25”. This is just after starting a new routine though.

My current routine is:

9 30 second SD stretches

10 30 second BTC stretches

9 30 second V-streches

10 mintes of dry-jelqing

I’m going to try hanging tonight to see if I can get any fast gains.

I raise in test levels will occur from excercise but not by that much. But I can tell you that being on test at 500mg-1000mg has helped not only gain but I am horny 24/7 and can maintain a rock hard erection from it. Maybe you should look in to trying out taking some testosterone weekly to see if it helps, if you dont gain anything then you can come off it and you will regain your natural levels with due time.

what do you mean by vigorusly? you know you can go from being naturally anabolic to catabolic from that. I know after a good back day I have my best flacid hang at 5.5 inches and I am still always up for sex and that was the case before I experimented with Testostrone treatment.

Has it had a positive effect on your P.E routines, have you had some good gains since being on it?

I have no clue what anabolic or catabolic mean. Can you explain? My use of the term vigorously was meant to say that I break a good sweat and get the heart rate up but don’t overdo it.

anabolic means construction, catabolic means destruction. construction and destruction of tissue that is. “Anabolic” steriods are called so because they are the type of steriod which builds tissue, ie muscle. Anabolism and Catabolism are natural effects in the body, drugs can cause it too. Catabolism occurs when hormones in the body cause the tissue to be broken down and used for something else. In feect the body canabolises itself constantly and in order to grow, you must make sure the anabolism is at a higher rate than the catabolism.
