Gains: 1/8” length. 0 girth.
Techniques I’ve used so far: Hanging w/BIB, mainly BTC. Also Jai Pulls
Not sure if this means I should do Tunica or Ligs - BTC or OTS ? ? ? ?

Yeah, make up your own routine based on your situation. Ask for help if you need it. Check out the tunica moves thread in main member for some good ideas.

Another for the tunica group. I think at 8 you might be able to get a little more growth from your ligs (might), but if bib’s theory is correct then it will be easier to make lig gains after some tunica gains have been made.
Here is the plan:
A few more days to snare more lab rats, then we will get down to the nitty gritty. Still, more lab rats needed, not many names in the lig group.
I just tested my LOT and here’s what I found:
size: 7.5 ebpl x 5.0
pe: I’ve used jelqing and some stretching over the past couple years, but I’ve never been consistant for more than 4 weeks at a time. Probably I’m still a newbie.

I’m going to be doing jelktoid’s method of dual fulcrum hanging, see if it works for me. Is this the best method for hitting the tunica and getting gains?
I´ve seen some gains from my tunica work, measured yesterday 7”! Though I prefer not saying so until I get that kind of erections all the time or at least on average. Have so much work in these weeks it makes it difficult to keep the routine. :)

I’ll join the tunica group if its still open thanks. Will be starting dlds with dual fulcrum late night for next two weeks. Then that AND morning sets of OTS bib hanging from then onwards.

I would like to be in - put me in the lig group,you may want to know peoples current routines , experiance (length of time PE) gains thus far,and LOT- For me I do low JAI stretches in a downward motion , 50 down, 50 each side, light jelq in a downward motion (100 reps), DLD bends (20) and some fulcrum stretching. MY Lot gives out at 10-9. I have known about PE for five years got gains of 3/4 in EBL and 1/4 in in erect girth back in 1998-1999 doing PE on and off for a year (tried everything that was around back then except pumping) quit for three years do to lack of time and an injury sustained while hanging . Back now been doing my current routine for one week and two days. flacid girth seems to be improving ,length as well but have not measured , waitng two - three months.
If you dont mind me asking, what was the nature of your hanging injury? It looks like you stopped hanging altogether. As a newbie hanger I’d like to be aware of some of the pitfalls.

Skinneed, It was caused using the Grip device improperly I got too lazy and did not wrap the glans for protection. The result a blue discoloration of the glans and lack of sensitivity. went so far as to see a Dr. he told me that over time it would go away and the sensitivity would resume. Took 4-6 months or so for it to be completely gone. I was also jelqing quite a bit and I think that might have caused some of the sensitivity problem. I was using an underhand grip , now I use an overhand grip and do not put pressure on the dorsal . I also use one hand to cover the glans and prevent it from expanding .This forces all the blood in my shaft.Whereas before it seemed like all the blood went to the glans. So far no problems. If you are going to hang do not hang (in my opinion) for more then fifteen minutes at a time without a break , also make sure you wrap your member, It sounds cumbersome but you only have one dick and you need to be as safe a possible. Hope this helps.

Yeah it does, thanks. Did this injury occur right after one session? or was it something that built up over time and you didn’t realize how bad it was getting? Do you think wrapping with theraband alone is enough protection? That’s basically what I do. I think Bib was also doing this as I remember. Maybe he can chime in.
