TENS Kegel Exercises

Any one out there that has used TENS units for kegel exercising know of good electrode positions for stimulating the BC muscle?

How about a good position to stimulate the PC muscle?

Forget the PC, you want the BC.

I don’t have anything new. I played with a TENS a few times and gave up.

I’m not as active of a member as I should be.. Maybe things will change after today =).

I’ve tried a few electrode positions by guessing where they should go. The best positions I found were:
One that wraps around the shaft. The other inserted right into your butt. My apparatus was home-made, if anyone’s interested, down to the TENS unit.. I wouldn’t advise my technique to anyone unless they’re absolutely crazy enough for it..

I also tried it in an extreme area deep in the urethra (metal object similar shape to a catheter). I put it in the whole length of my BPER (6.5”) and then some.. After a while, it became comfortable, however the squeezes came out much weaker than I expected. I tried it a few more times, but in the end I concluded that it sounds a lot more exciting than it really is.

As for if it works or not, I can only see it working.. But my setup isn’t convenient enough for me to just slap on and use 20 minutes a day, so I don’t. I probably would do it if I had a pocket-sized TENS unit.

Anyone know of any cheap pocket-sized TENS units?
