tailbone pain from PE?

tailbone pain from PE?

I have been doing PE for about 5 weeks now. In that time period I have been experiencing pain in my tailbone area (soreness). I can’t remember if it started before I started doing the PE exercises. I assumed it was from the way i had been sitting in my chair.

My question is…is it physically possible that PE exercises (stretching and jelqing) could cause pain in your tailbone?

Unless you are pulling way harder than you should, no. Of course, there would be other, more frightening pains that you would notice first if you were pulling that hard.

I think you do have to consider your posture, but then consider if you are tensing up ridiculously against your pulls. In other words, creating too much counter-pressure with your glutes.

Is it muscle soreness in your glutes (rump)?

I have had slight pain all the way to my tail bone from hanging in various positions, so my answer is YES. It went away in about a day.

I get that to it’s from sitting on the edge of the chair! While hanging in my case.

But the pain in your tailbone had to do with the way you were sitting in the chair right. It had nothing to with the exercises or PE?
