I had in my first month of PE some sings of a sore suspensory ligament.
Cut back the traction force and it healed off within 24 hours.

Since then I do not longer try to rip out my dick, but search with concentration the point of resistance and then do a Shazzan stretch (for any direction):
inhale, start stretching to the right point, the exhale. You feel your penis give in a little but and you can add some tension without creating pain.
Since I adapted that stretching technique I had no more problems.

This is the first time its happened to me. I wasn’t freaked out since I knew what was going on. The pain has since gone away though.

Maybe I overdid it a little bit with the pumping and other stuff. Who knows? :p

Having the ligs sore is not an issue, it’s a sign that you are effectively stretching the ligs.

That’s the main purpose when you hang weights or when you stretch low angles.

Usate la Newbie routine :) .

I don’t know if I’d say you “overdid it” so much as successfully DID give it a workout. I hang and every once in a while I’ll get soar ligs the day after BTC more likely when I’ve increased weight.

I am also just discovering my superficial dorsal vein close to my pubic bone. When I am erect I can feel it more but only if I press in.

And I have gained in length. I sat on the toilet and my dick touched the inside. It was cold and unforgiving. :(
