Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Okay, I have decided that I am too small and I need surgery - I know PE works and everything, but I have way too far to go.
I will PE after I have got a better size from surgery. There must be a good technique with surgery that is reliable and effective.

Anyone know a good surgeon in UK? I am willing to pay for it as my girlfriend recently told me I am not big enough for her. That is not the only reason I want it done - I want it done for myself too.

May the force (of your hand) be with you. :littleguy

I would and may have length surgery done this year. More out of laziness than no gains, although I havent had any appreciable gains in 6 months. Do a lot of research on the doctors in your area and any complaints that may be filed against them. I notice that you are fairly new to Thunders but are you new to PE? Surgery of any type shouldnt be taken lightly.

Good luck.

Cajun is right. Think twice. You could ruin your penis and then what?? Better to be small than no penis at all. May I ask, what are your stats?

PEst are you looking to have length or girth surgery?

Don’t rush into anything and if you do decide to go ahead definitely try to choose the surgeon wisely.

Dont do it PEst! :morose:

I think the risk of penile surgery outweighs any immediate gratification you think you might gain from it.

The degree of lengthening involved which is typically anywhere from .75 to 1.5 inches can be gained if you just stick to the PE program here at Thunders.

There are also post surgery complications to consider such as infection and/or excessive scar tissue that causes your penis to retract or warp. Approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the penis is inside the body and is internally attached to the under-surface of the pubic bone. Penile lengthening involves the release of the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the 2 erectile bodies to the pubic bone. The suspensory ligament makes the penis arch under the pubic bone, i.e., this will most certainly change the angle of your lot and may result in performance problems during sex.

Don’t you guys think it is possible to have successful penis enlargement surgery?

Its possible that your surgery will be a smashing success but its a matter of risk vs reward.

IMHO the risk is too great to take (never mind if its a success or not) for something that you can gain right here at Thunders through research, hard work and dedication.

There are risk involved here at Thunders too but they are worth taking vs the reward.

Its just a bunch of money hungry surgeons out there that would not go under the knife themselves if they were in your situation but don’t mind taking your money to experiment on you.

I would think that when at least 75% of urologists have it done (TO THEMSELVES!!!) then it’s probably ok.

Yes, I do think it is possible. Cutting the ligs will give you some added length, but at the sacrifice of your current erection angle. That may or may not be important to you.

What I wonder (the cost aside) is this: You get your ligs cut, then are told you must do stretching/hanging exercises for an extended period of time. How is that much different from the PE you are doing now?

I think if I were considering this, I would find the very best penis surgeon in the world. I would be very chary of a bad result on the only penis I have and will have.

What I suggest you do before going in the direction of surgery is post your current routine, how long you’ve been PEing, nutrition, etc…. and allow some of us to tell you if you doing things right. Maybe you aren’t doing something right, and big gains are around the corner. I agree with Avo, if you were to go with surgery, get the best surgeon possible.

How old are you and how long have you been PEing PEst? Don’t do something hasty that you will regret. You have but one penis, choose wisely. I’m not saying don’t do it, but I would take a couple of months to think it over, a couple of months to research it, then a couple of months to choose the best surgeon in the world, ask who his teacher was, and then have him do it.

And then a couple of months eating his family if he screws you up.

a8 and xlm, I have not made the final decision or even discussed this in any detail with my wife. I am just almost very seriously thinking about it.

My routine consists of pumping 3-4 10 minute sessions, with light jelqing in between sets 5 days a week. I have been doing it for 10 months I believe, maybe 11 months. I rarely get donuts unless I stay in the tube too long or at too high of pressure. And the only “injury” I have sustained in two years of doing this is the dumbass discoloration I got from a hanging/pumping routine.

I do have a fairly high erection angle so I dont think I would be bothered by a drop in that. I understand completely the school of thought that says, “if you have to pump or hang after surgery to cement gains why not just do it and skip the surgery”.

There are a number of factors that hold me back. 1) Natural PE works and works well for the vast majority of guys who put in the time and effort. 2) I have to be able to get my wife to sign on since she knows I PE and have had good gains 3) Cost, I live very well, but I can be a cheap fuck when it comes to spending money sometimes. Is this money that could be better spent somewhere elses in our lives, since we are probably looking at $10k+?

The most experienced surgeons in the UK are the Viel twins who run the London Centre of Aesthetic Surgery in Harley Street. They we’re the first to perform the operation in the UK and are considered the country’s premier prick doctors. However, their methods are outdated and put simply do not offer a satisfactory result on a consistent enough basis. Firstly, to increase length they cut the ligs, but to do this they use a Y shaped incision. This can be very problematic as in leaves a lot of potential for scarring in the pubic region, also it means it is likely that the movement of skin will cause pubic hair to grow way up the shaft of your penis. Considering there is no increase in erect length with this procedure it is definitely not worth the risk. More aesthetically pleasing results are found using a smaller type of incision as used by Whitehead, who is based in New York. To increase girth the Viels inject fat into the shaft of your penis. Whilst the procedure is a relatively simple fat transfer, the result with this method is rarely satisfactory. Firstly, a lot of the fat can be reabsorbed into the body leaving the penis looking strange in it’s shape. Secondly, while the increase is still apparent in an erect state the penis is left feeling soft and it makes it very difficult to put on a condom. Also because the shaft becomes wider than the head it becomes very obvious to both the eye and touch that surgery has been performed, which could be embarrassing seeing as girls will talk. In fact many surgeons in the USA such us Gary Altman refuse to perform widening procedures. There are surgeons, such as Whitehead, who preform the procedure with a substance called Alloderm instead of fat, and apparently the results are better. However, research shows that Alloderm will also reabsorb and if you look at Whiteheads website (don’t know address) you will not see any after pics more than 6 months old. There is only one surgery I know of in the UK that does alloderm. They also claim to do a procedure that increases the erect length, which means they must be doing a surgery no one else knows how to do. They are very discreet and work in the north so I would be tempted to avoid them at all costs.

Obviously, there are people that are pleased with their surgery, it is just that most of these people have been lucky enough to heel well and at that point have not noticed much fat reabsorb. Put simply the lengthening procedure isn’t worth the risk of scarring because there is no difference erect, and the girth procedure simply is not satisfactory. The trouble is surgeons no there is a big market for this surgery, so economics have forced them to look for a solution. The current procedure is a solution they can just about get away with, but not a very good one. Therefore, there is no such thing as a good surgeon to perform this surgery.
