Next time your doing your manual stretching try this. I do this in the bathroom in front of the mirror just before jelqing / hanging or when I’m getting ready in the mornings.
Lift your left leg and put your left foot up on the counter top. With your left hand reach around under your left leg / ass and grab your dick. Pull. Straight down or what ever direction you choose. What your will find is that by having your leg up you rotate the angle of your pelvis and thus make for a much more intense stretch with out as much effort. I find this stretch to be more effective than just in the front and out method. Plus you get a little variety. Then switch to the right side when your left hand gets tired.
It is a bonus for all you multitaskers out there, this allows you to do many different things like shave and brush your teeth while you get ready for work in the mornings.
