Sorry if I’m being lazy by posting this. I have searched the forum and found some tips but wanted to know if there was anything I’m missing. I have been jelqing for 6 months, and I am happy with the moderate results. I didn’t measure until just recently so I can’t say exactly what’s happened but I’m pretty sure it’s bigger.

I have noticed that now that I’ve been doing this for a while my penis does not seem to “balloon up” like it did when I first started. Basically it seems to not stretch as much. I’m mostly concerned with Girth, I read one tip about kind of twisting the penis, and I’ve been doing that. It does seem to work, but I wanted to know if anyone else had some good suggestions for Girth. Is a pump the best way for that? Is it the only way that really works for Girth? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you very much to everyone here.

Adding Ulis / squeezes into your routine will help. Since you’ve been PE’ing for 6 months. Increase the intensity and add squeezes.

The pump is good. I believe that is the main reason for the girth I gained.

Summary of the basics of the pumping forum.

- get a pump that has a pressure gauge and pump in the 3 to 4HG range. Never above 5HG
- work up to three or 4 sets, 10 mins per set. (warm up before)
- come out between sets and massage to a good erection
- after the last set, work up a good erection for about 5 or 10 minutes

To me pumping is quite relaxing. I think it may release “happy chemicals” in the brain. It isn’t a sexual feeling, more of a calm and relaxed feeling.

I’m a supporter of pumping as well. Clamping is another way to get really good girth gains. And when your just starting, you don’t really need a clamp, as you can make one with your thumb and middle finger around the base of your penis. Try it after your jelqs. Start with 30 seconds squeezing, followed by 30 seconds of slapping your dick against your leg or stomach while not clamping. Do 5 sets like that and see how it goes.

I would also recommend trying pumping as your next step. It is a pleasant PE activity, if a bit messy. However, you can also try additional manual exercises, as raybaby says.

I agree with raybaby except I suggest squeezing the following areas:
Base, half way between middle and base, middle, half way between head and middle, head

Start with 30 on the 30 off before moving to the next area. For example 30 sec squeeze at base then 30 sec off, 30 sec squeeze at midbase 30 sec off, etc.
The routine is:
30 sec on, 30 sec off
20 sec on, 20 sec off
10 sec on, 10 sec off
This routine in theory should only take you 10 minutes and will allow for a good pump. Feel free to use this whenever you can’t pump.

Wow thanks to everyone for the advice, this is a really great forum and I really appreciate all the responses. Hopefully in time I’ll have some experience I can use to help someone else!

Clamping is good for girth, but be EXTREMELY careful when starting with it and err on the side of not hurting yourself. You don’t want to show up at the ER and have to explain why a vein in your penis exploded.

I would also recommend hydropumping instead of regular pumping. Just avoid the Bathmate if you’re big enough for the Goliath. I could never get a decent amount of pressure with it, lost the seal at least twice per session and got zero help from Bathmate on it.

Hey since your not a newbie i would suggest you get into clamping (slowly of course), also this exercise called dld blasters i believe. Tried blasters by mistake just based on the feeling I got from different grip and ended up gaining an 8th one month but it got my hands tired lol.

I recently (as of last Saturday) began a clamping technique. I use a 1 inch width, elastic sewing material wrapped very tight around my joint for protection then 2 rubber bands.to keep the tourniquet in place. The 1st time I used this my unit swelled right up to my goal of 5.5”.about 0.4 larger than I am erect. I did this for 10 to 15 minutes, most every day this week.May have had 2 days off? It has now been 8 days. Sometimes this week when I clamped it did not swell to5.5” but only to say 5 3/8”.. Since I just started I did not do this more than 2 times in a given day and not more than15 minutes.

When or how long must I continue this before seeing actual gains? Can anyone post a few of their experiences, to give me a rough idea?

Another thing, I was shocked to see how purple my joint turned, but it went back to normal shortly after I reversed the clamping.

Everyone is different for growth, so it’s hard if not impossible to say how long it will take for you to notice gains. It will be harder to notice gains the longer you go into PE due to the cylindrical shape of the penis. Each .25” is pi more penis than the last one, so it can take awhile to show up on the tape measure.

Everyone is different for the length of time it takes to see gains. I read some post about 2 months ago right when i was starting a few experiments and it went something like this “If you do a method/routine for 2 weeks and see not the slightest bit of results then it’s generally not going to work”. That’s how i do my experiments, if in 2 weeks i don’t have at least 1/10 of an inch more increase than my past proven methods I quit and move to something else.
The amount of swelling you get during the clamp gradually Decreases/doesn’t increase higher (for me at least). I used to get 1.25 inches increase during sessions now I only get 1 inch. Considering the extra .25 i don’t get in expansion is now gains added to me i thought I would still get 1.25 increase in clamp but no-go (again, just my personal experience)

I think initially starting a PE method will manipulate your tissue into instant reconstruction (deformation) due to the nature of being manipulated in a way it has never been before. So the minor quick gains you get immediately are there. After that it is trial and error for what is going to work for YOU. S22 wrote a thread on the idea of PE and was very well written. It’s a good thing that my goals are both 0.5 and 0.5 now. If I get more than that I guess it will just make it easier for me to cement my results. I just love the throbbing veiny thick cock look I get from PEing. So maintenance is a for sure thing.
