Suggestions for a different routine
I am still a newbie, but wanted to post here to get the advice of the more experienced members.
I started PE back in November. My routine was basically a newbie routine. I got great gains then decided to take a deconditioning break. I have not PE’d for 5 weeks.
Now I am ready to start again and wanted to know what a good routine would be once I get in to condition again? I really need length at this pont as I am happy with my current girth.
So, my question is: What would be a good length development routine for someone who is coming off of a 5 week break and still fairly new to PE?
My theory is to change it up and cycle through a few different routines during the course of the year. As with weightlifting, changing a routine can shock the body into growth.
