Succes with "less is more" ?
Has any of you guys had success with the less is more approach described in the thermo and newbie posts ?
Something like 5-6on/1off ten minutes of jelqing
or every other day, twenty minutes of jelqing and
and for both the options some stretches and pc work here and there (minimal though)
I personally have tried something similar and had good (for me) results from it, maybe 1/12 of an inch in a month for length and girth, but nothing like the crazy gains thermo or newbie had.
So how about you guys ? Any results ?
