Been here a good while. Just want to let you turds know I am doing my daily PE routines still and have not ran off. Thinking back on when I first joined Thunders, I wanted to attain a specific size of 7” only to realize I needed to lose weight and my fat pad was making my dick look smaller.

Years of doing PE I have gone through a number of ups and downs. Should I stop? Should I continue? All the questions the noobs seems to ask when they are first starting PE. I have asked myself a myriad of questions. In the end I never stopped and have gained, not only in my pants but mentally as well.

To me the goal of PE should be to make your dick the healthiest it can be.

The best exercises are always gonna be the basics: Jelqing, Stretching, Clamping and Pumping. After years of doing this stuff I am able to clamp for 30-40 minutes for one set. Pretty extreme but my dick loves it. And it gives me time to do other things like play video games. :)

Pumping has greatly improved my flaccid hang and ball hanging. I honestly believe a routine of pumping and stretching is a natural cure for turtling or buried penis syndrome that some men suffer from due to obesity.

Jelqing makes your dick stronger. Stretching makes your longer. Clamping makes you thicker. Pumping conditions everything. Heat is the key that makes you grow.

All in all Thunders is great!

Nice to hear man. Have you still been gaining since your first 1.5” length gain?


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I do. When I try. I girth gains mostly. I want more length but Clamping feels too good to give up.
