Strong Ligs, Whats The Best Thing To Do
In the last three months I have accomplished minimal gains with jelqing. I know that patience is the key, but I’ve been reading through a lot of posts regarding the use of steroids and their affects on PE gains. As I am guilty of using steroids for muscle building purposes, I am worried that I have caused too much strengthening of the ligs in my penis.
I presume the best way to combat this problem would be to stretch more intensely, and for a longer period of time prior to a jelqing session?
Would it be advisable to stretch during the day also? If so, how often and for how long? I am concerned that if I stretch too much then I will be breaking down too much tissue, which would result in losing any gains that I have achieved.
I realise that the use of steroids is a bit of a controversial subject, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!
