I recently started a 20 minute stretch session in the morning. I basically grab the head and pull out or to the L or R. I also do 50 DLD blasters and of course feel a good lig stretch. When I do the regular stretch there really isn’t any lig stretch. So I’ve combined the V stretch in my routine but I grab the head and use my thumb and push down at the base. I can feel my ligs stretching on the top somewhat like I feel with the DLD blasters. I’ll post an update in a month or so.
Is anybody else doing this and has it been productive.


I have gained 1.5” erect length (non bone pressed) with my routines which have always mainly focused on stretching.
