Hello friends, I am a new comer to this site, but in the PE world for about three months. My question is related to performing the stretching exercise. When I grasp and stretch my penis with my right hand as intensive as possible, I also apply sudden and short pulses to my right hand using my left hand. In this way I apply strong but short duration shocks to the ligs. I hope it will fasten my growth. Any idea about my method?

Just make sure you don’t “pulse” with too much force and remember to warm up properly, to prevent any injuries.

Seems like a bad idea to me.

I’d advocate the opposite, when applying and when releasing the stretch, I do it a la crescendo - decrescendo.
