When doing manual stretching, how hard should one tug on the penis? In the last week I’ve taken to using both hands to stretch - I ‘feel’ the stretch, it doesn’t seem like pain to me and mind you I am a big strong man - don’t want to do any damage!!


Jem, you dont need to pull too hard or you will eventually damage yourself. Just relax, pull until you feel the tension on the ligs then pull just a tad more. Then keep that pull and try to relax some more and you will find that as you relax the ligs will stretch some more. Hold that for a 30 second count, then shake loose and repeat. Pulling hard will defeat the purpose for which you are pulling for. You dont want to strengthen the ligs, you want to stretch them.



Anyone else with an opinion?


If no-one else has answered, it’s becasue the answer isn’t easy. You say you use two hands, but we don’t know what force you use. I feel kabar’s reply is pretty spot on. You want to feel the pull, but don’t injure yourself. And obviously, if you dont stretch enough, you will be doing little good.

YOU are the one to determine the strength required. Start gently and build up.


A great advantage of hands over weights is that you can get the right angles and apply teh right force and have a feedback mechanism if you listen to your body. It should never hurt, but be a clear tension. When I did it, it was more that my hands hurt afterwards than my penis.
