I am having some difficulty performing my ten 30sec stretches. Towards the end of the 30 seconds, the area I am holding to do the stretch starts to hurt. After the workout that area is overly sensitive and I fear that if I continue doing these that it will cause an injury to the skin.
The way I am performing the stretches is: make an OK shape with my hand right under the head and squeeze just enough to maintain a grip on the penis while stretching.
Is there a better way to hold the penis during stretches? I remember reading one method of using both hands and putting both thumbs right under the head and sort of smashing the head into a mushroom shape… but that doesnt work too well for me.
