stretching schedule

Thought about splitting up my stretching routine to two
smaller sessions. The reason is after 20 straight min. my
skin and head getting pretty sore (hurts alittle during foreplay
with the wife, not good:-) even though Im careful
to not squeeze to hard. Something like this: 10-12 min
around 8, same around 2 oclock and hit the girth ex (jelq,squeezes,
pump) 20 min around 5ish. I’ve notice that hangers
break it into smaller session also alot of them have great results.
This rountine is going to be done on a 2-3 on, 1 off.
Anyone tried this with good results or any other input?
