Today I’ve been stretching my penis with a lot of strength (but not to the point of any pain). My erect length is 6.7 inches. But after doing the regular stretches for 30 seconds straight out with force I get up to 7 inches. I noticed that after stretching with a lot of force it is longer that it is erect. Is that a good sign that soon I will get some length? Has anyone tried that and seen any length gains? Right now I’m doing JAI stretches, should I combine the two into my routine?

I take it you mean 7” when stretched. Its not suprising for the flaccid stretched length to be above erect length. Erections will pull back the length slightly (or a lot) as the girth expands. If you have never measured in this state before it hard to tell if this is an indicator of gains. Check Size’s database for flaccid stretched lengths in comparison to erect lengths.

A search for ‘flaccid stretched length’ will also give you good information.

.3” EL is quite a difference. I wonder if maybe part of the increase is from having a more intense erection after exercise.

You might try measuring BPFSL before and after to compare, since this isn’t dependent on level of erection. I’d see about a 1/8” difference right after hanging, with a corresponding increase in BPEL. Over the following hours BPEL would return to “normal” first, and the extra BPFSL took longer to diminish.

The greatest post-exercise BPEL difference I’ve had was 1/4”, and this occurred when I first started intense girth exercises.


I’ve never really noticed (but I haven’t measured in forever)…but I recall in girth at least getting .5 to .75 inch gains post PE
