Stretching Only Downwards

Decided to post here for I don’t have enough posts to post on the Penis Enlargement topic.

I myself have noticed most flexibility in my penis when stretching downwards as opposed to straight forward, sidewards and especially upwards. Next to that, out of all 5 directions, downward stretching clearly causes least turtling afterwards. For those reasons I was wondering if it is benecifial or even a good idea in first place to perform exclusively downward stretches. Although I don’t know about the complete routines these PE’ers have, the mechanical stretching devices used most often seem to pull in a downward fashion.

Is there anybody with any experience or insights on this problem? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

People who hang weights usually only hang in a downward direction and it seems to work for them. So I don’t see why only stretching downwards would be any different. :)

Stretchung up concentrates all of the force on the tunica. Stretching downwards puts more force on the ligaments and less total force in the tunica.

I myself, personally don’t want my ligs getting stretched any more than they already are. It causes a lower erection angle, and can result in less stability in the base of your penis.

I don’t stretch downward at all for that reason. But that’s just me.

When I was a newbie, I used to stretched down and it resulted in a lower election angle, and a reduction in the upward curve of my penis. To me, both of those are negative effects, and if I knew that would happen at the beginning, I would have avoided stretching downwards.

Depending on what you want, that could be a positive thing though, so YMMV

I’m almost positive I have read a few times that stretching down puts more stress on your tunica compared to stretching up? Hmmmm.

Yeah, I had also picked up the impression that stretching up worked the ligaments and down worked the tunica.

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

For what reason/reasons do you wish to maintain your upward erection angle and curve? Better hitting the upper vaginal wall during sexual intercourse?

When you strerch you stretch both your tunica and the ligaments regardless the direction. The ligaments are higher in the shaft than most people realise.

The gains is from tunica lengthening, longer ligaments will not give you erect gains, they affect the erection angle and maybe the penis hangs lower. The shaft grows longer because the tunica becomes longer. We are interested to stretch the dorsal tunica and with downward stretching we target the dorsal tunica better.

Veins, ligaments and the skin all grow, but when the tunica grows in size, allows the CC to expand more than before(limiting factor) while filling with blood and thats how we see erect gains(length and girth).

Stretching the ligaments has caused a noticeable flaccid length gain. So far I have no noticeable erectile length gain but then again I haven’t measured at all since starting PE almost two months ago.

As far as erection angle, I know when my erection angle was higher it gave me a sensation of a harder erection. Since I started PE my angle is straighter but my partner says the hardness is the same.

From my personal experience, I can say that downward stretching does lower the erection angle. I went from 5.7 NBPEL to 6.8 NBPEL (6 BPEL- 7.1 BPEL). I realized that quite late, so be careful. It has also given me the feeling that my erections are softer but my partner said it’s still the same. In fact, now I realize that it’s actually the same if not harder.

Are there any benefits to having a more upward curve? Also, nice gains. How long did it take you to gain that much and with what routine?

So if the tunica stretching helps more for actual erect gains, how do we stretch the tunica? What are the best options? I’m a little confused from this post now lol

I’ve done primarily downward stretches although I mix in side to side and up and straight out. What’s best for tunica lengthining?

If you mean a higher erection angle, I imagine that the higher the angle is, the better it is for sex (maybe excluding some extreme high angles).

When I started I had a pretty high erection angle (at 11 o’clock), I also had and still have a slight penis rotation due to masturbation. Now after some rough downward stretching I have it at 9-10 o’clock depending on my arousal. So if you start at lower than 11 o’clock erection angle I think you should be especially attentive to the response of your body. Me personally, downward stretching is the last thing that I would do now to have more length gains.

I did PE for 15 months, sometimes my routines became inconsistent but the most frequent one was 10 min stretching, 10 min jelqing and bathmate for 15 minutes which gave me a period of 2-3 weeks of poor EQ as I used it on maximum pressure and it can give you 17 Hg, so beware. I think if used on 1/3 of its pressure it can be a great supplementary thing in your routine. I also used an extender for about one month.

I would also like to hear some thoughts of veterans on this matter. I still don’t entirely understand the anatomic side of PE.

Bump

The penis has two corpora cavernosa bodies.
During an erection the two cavernosa bodies expand to hold 90% of the blood involved in an erection, increasing both in length and in diameter.

Tunica albuginea is a tough fibrous layer of connective tissue that surrounds the two cavernosa bodies. In other words tunica provide a “skeleton”, a “body” for the penis, but at the same time is a limiting factor because prevents the cavernosa to expand more(circumferential and longitudinal). So the size of your penis is determined by the size of your tunica. Hopefully this connective tissue can be stretched and grows in size allows the cavernosa to expand more. So the growth is tunica growth.
