Stretching Only Downwards
Decided to post here for I don’t have enough posts to post on the Penis Enlargement topic.
I myself have noticed most flexibility in my penis when stretching downwards as opposed to straight forward, sidewards and especially upwards. Next to that, out of all 5 directions, downward stretching clearly causes least turtling afterwards. For those reasons I was wondering if it is benecifial or even a good idea in first place to perform exclusively downward stretches. Although I don’t know about the complete routines these PE’ers have, the mechanical stretching devices used most often seem to pull in a downward fashion.
Is there anybody with any experience or insights on this problem? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
