Does anyone have any advice about stretching? I started PE just jelqing and have recently tried to add some stretches, but I just don’t seem to get anything out of it. I also have trouble getting a good grip. Every time I think I get a good grip my head is purple after the stretch, which would leave me to believe my grip is too tight I have also seen a wide range in stretch times, from 10 sec to 1min. . I could do a search but if things are slow I would appreciate some feedback.
