Hey this is newbe again, I just started my routine about 1 week ago. I use the Newbie Routine ( with 10 minutes extra stretching and jelqing) and go 5 days mostly in Nightime (m-F) and Weekends off. During stretching i noticed a temporary increase in flaccid length, however, once i finish the stretching workout it goes back to normal. ( Also it is cold in my house so that could be the issue). I was just worried if i was doing the excersize right and if i should be experiecing any type of feeling or whatever.
