Stretches on 'off days'?

I’ve currently been doing the newbie routing starting with some lig stretching before wet jelqs.

Just wondering if I’d be harming anything by doing 2/3 30 second stretches throughout the day when I go for a piss, even on non-training days?

There are plenty of general answers that could be given, but you need to listen to your own body.

Personally, if I can feel that my ligs are quite sore and need rest, I will only do very light JAI’s after going to the toilet. If they’re fine, then I do more.

Rest days are important, and the best thing about them is that you’re not going to injure yourself on them! :)

If you’re in PE for the long haul then you might as well take full rest days as the time spent allowing your body to repair itself is important while you’re quite new to PE it would seem. Once you are up to a good few months then (if your body says ‘yes’) you can perhaps go 7 on 0 off like DLD.

Piss pulls are fine, even on off days. I think that with length work less rest days are needed, but of course, do what your body tells you to do like ICM says.

Just wondering. Do ligs tear & repair like most other tissues or are you simply increasing their flexibility.

I do piss pulls. I don’t think that it violates the rest day principle.

I currently am not taking any rest days ,but as ICM said ,I do try to pay attention to my body and cut back if it feels like I am overdoing it.

Would like to point out I am not suggesting the no rest day thing. I have been trying it out for around 6 weeks and have not measured yet.
