OK to cut a long story short I have ended up with discoloration through Uli’s, I have not been to intense or over trained, anyway I stopped for a while and it was fading. I added in light jelqing and it’s just darkening again. My main goal is length at the moment so I’m thinking of a stretch Only routine but all searches seem to come back with jelqing should still be a part of the routine.

What do you guys think, Anyone here only stretch? I know allot of hangers don’t do anything apart from hang so I don’t see why this would be any different. I also like the idea of experimenting and seeing If I can gain girth through stretching like some have reported, The only girth gain I have got was 1/8th through Bib hanging and that was mid shaft, surely there’s something to gaining girth In a flaccid state.

I was under the impression that any girth gains from hanging was pretty much base girth. I think the whole point of jelqing being the cornerstone for a PE routine is that, when done properly, it should contribute to penis health and erection quality. Light jelqing should be less rigorous than sex.

You mentioned the discolouration was fading so I gather it was not gone. Maybe just give it a while longer before you reintroduce it to your routine again. I think a stretching only routine while create length gains but i also think it is important to at least edge for 10 minutes or so after your stretching since my eperience is that most length type work hurts EQ a bit.

1 year of manual stretching, 1” of length, zero girth gains. :)

La petite, are you doing any firegoat rolls? They should take care of the discolouration after jelqing and ulis.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I remember someone reporting girth gains from bundled stretches, but most use those for length.

You might wanna dig into it anyways.

I think to keep getting continued length gains some girth work is required here and there, like a few jelqs, like how the TGC theory mentions.

I’ve been doing length only (manual stretches etc) for a long time but once I’ve started adding in a few Ulis the length has started coming again ;-)
