Stretch only and gaining girth flaccid.
OK to cut a long story short I have ended up with discoloration through Uli’s, I have not been to intense or over trained, anyway I stopped for a while and it was fading. I added in light jelqing and it’s just darkening again. My main goal is length at the moment so I’m thinking of a stretch Only routine but all searches seem to come back with jelqing should still be a part of the routine.
What do you guys think, Anyone here only stretch? I know allot of hangers don’t do anything apart from hang so I don’t see why this would be any different. I also like the idea of experimenting and seeing If I can gain girth through stretching like some have reported, The only girth gain I have got was 1/8th through Bib hanging and that was mid shaft, surely there’s something to gaining girth In a flaccid state.
